My experience has been fantastic. Things have been dragging on on my end and there were many adjustments necessary which I have received help with along the way. The response has been quick and very acomadating. I can highly recommend the company.

Audivorce have been clear and efficient and gave sound advise moving forward with my divorce.
Here is to moving to the next stage of my life.

I did not have a good experience because my form details were incorrectly entered and communication was via emails only. A phone connection would have been more convenient but the company has no phone line yet.

Audivorce was a total waste of money.
FAR better info was available online, free, under the Family Court of Australia.
The forms were filled in inaccurately, giving info about my husband they had no info on, plus wrong court was checked for WA, and other errors.
This is virtually a scam, waste of time, as court would have rejected forms as they were.
Also ZERO information about serving documents on partner!

No friction.
The process was not explained with enough transparency and now I have paid for a service that has doubled up what I have already done for myself.
Waste of resources unfortunately for me.

Quick and easy.
The way it should be.

My divorce papers were returned to me with a very stupid and childish mistake on them. They literally got the answers to two questions back to front. I emailed them many times about this mistake and it seems they either don't understand English or don't really care about their customers communication because, finally after assuring me they will fix it, they sent my papers back to me EXACTLY THE SAME AS BEFORE. No amends.
When I demand a phone call, they said they don't even have a work phone yet.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They have taken my money, they won't call me, they do not understand their mistake or they just don't care.

Gave this company money and was sent forms to file for divorce, I followed all their instructions and when I went to the court nearest to me I was made an absolute fool of, I was told I had done everything in the incorrect order, the forms I presented them with were “completely wrong, never been seen before” I was humiliated in front of a lot of people. When I asked for a refund (after trying to file for over 8 months) I was told they would not be able to process it, don’t waste your money.

My expirence with trustpilot was great excellent comunication very professional and gladly recomended

I lost count of the amount of adjusted Applications for Divorce due to names addresses and phone numbers in the wrong places plus other forms in the kit with the same problems. The answers to questions were not answered directly and only caused more confusion. Ambiguous instructions on how to proceed with divorce.
