Purchased item not received long time for refund
Bad experience.
After the purchase they told me they didn't have the item in stock (something they didn't mention at the time of purchase) but they would receive it by the end of the week. However, time passed and that supposed stock never arrived.
After waiting for that stock that never arrived I was offered a different colour, which I rejected. I asked for a refund which took a long time apparently due to some problem with their payments system provider
On top of all this I found the communication rather poor: their business page only offers an email taking long time to respond when in the middle of trying to clarify the situation

EDIT: After over 20 emails back and forth and without warning they refunded me and did not send me that item but, they will email me when the item is available and yet the item still says in stock and available on their website so purchase with caution
Great buying experience
I originally ordered the wrong model and I was able to return at pace and Jay from AudioSpares sourced and sent the model I needed. I received it and it's a great replacement for my lost Sennheiser. Would use them again!
Good quality if you're patient
Very slow delivery (think 2-4 weeks not 2-4 days) but understandable due to specific firmware and they reply quickly to chase-up emails. Replacement earbud worked perfectly and saved me a lot of hassle.

Good clear communication. Product (replacement earbud) arrived by tracked mail. All working well. It did take a long time to arrive (hence 4 stars) however this was caused by delays in stock so is understandable.

This company was very helpful when I needed advice on the product I wanted to order . Unfortunately, I felt they were slow to update me with tracking details etc. Ultimately, the product arrived within the timescale and is working accordingly.

Shocking.... ordered a Jabra charging case on 1st November. Heard nothing. I made contact 16 November and received a very lacklustre apology from a nameless advisor. Stock expected "next week". The whole conversation was like pulling teeth.
Left it another week/10 days to be told they couldn't source them - did I want a refund? Yes please. Or 25% discount for the delay. Refund please.... that was the exchange of 29th November with nameless advisor. Emailed today because I'm still waiting.
Absolutely shocking.
16 Dec update.... following my original review, Jay was in touch immediately and has been in regular contact, advising me of their refund policy (10 days depending on the banks involved) and making sure the refund has been received. Overall he has done his utmost to put things right. Refund received with thanks.
Overall bad experience
Ordered excellent condition headphones which they didn't have in stock - the company didn't inform me that they didn't have them however - no communication to let me know until I messaged them a week later to ask for an order update.
They were polite in dealing with me after that and did process my refund, however the fact that they advertised and sold products they didn't have and did not inform me about it resulted in an overall bad experience.

3 weeks waiting for nothing
3 weeks waiting for nothing. Ordered Jabra charging case, after one week no update, so I emailed them and been told that they are out of stock and someone should have been in touch and that they are waiting to stock up early next week. After another week nothing happens so I asked for a refund. Took another week to actually get it back. Shame, would be great to purchase spares!
Avoid - Probably a scam
I ordered a replacement headphone charging case. Website looks OK, with security certificates, but no phone number. Goods did not ship and no answer to emails and no response via "webchat". My on-line banking app showed a phone number for Audiospares. The number is not for them but an unrelated audio company physically nearby. I then advised them by their "webchat", that I would ask for a refund from my bank. Only then did I get an email response saying that the part was out of stock and they would refund me. They did indeed refund me, but clearly only to buy more time to continue trading.
Avoid - almost certainly a scam.

BEWARE SCAM! I should have read the reviews here before placing an order for replacement charger case. Order placed about 2 weeks ago - requested for an update this week and received a reply that it will sent ASAP.
Update: A month since I’ve placed the order and have not received anything/not heard anything. SCAM.
