Service which impressed a grumpy old man
I lost my Sony left ear bud, and I didn’t want to go through the expense of buying a new set! Found audio spares, they could supply me with the left bud.
Unfortunately, when I received the new bud, I could not pair it…….
Contacted Audio spares…. And Jay was absolutely amazing!! Tried to talk me through the process, I could not make it work, he suggested I send it to them and VIOLA I’ve now got a working pair!!
Jay has been exceptional!! I’ve NEVER come across such amazing service!!! And this is from a grumpy old man!

After providing information regarding the AirPod, the correct AirPod was sent. Communicated with Jay during this process who went above and beyond and provided an excellent service. Would recommend

Ordered a replacement airpod after one of my pods became defective. Arrived on time and was in good workign order. Had some issues setting it up (all my own) but Jay from their team helped me out and got it sorted. V happy with service.

Ordered a replacement case and it arrived quickly and as described. Very happy with the price and the condition of the product.
Faulty replacement
Ordered a replacement earbud as mine stopped working. The replacement had the exact same issue, where it would connect but produce no audio. Waiting to hear back about a return and refund.
If they can't simply check if a product is faulty or not, I will never use it again.
Scam Company
Scam Company. Tried to return a product and they won't respond to emails. They tell you to contact them via email or telephone but don't list a phone number.

Replacement Case
I ordered a replacement case, order was taking longer than 2-4 days, so I contacted support. One hour later they got in touch and had the item shipped within in days. Email support was excellant and more importantly the item I ordered was in mint condition, looked brand new but was described as 'fair' condition. Would definately order from here again.

Delivery is a little slow but worth it in the end. Once I got through to customer support they were very polite and helpful. I'm overall pleased I took the chance on this company as now I have functioning headphones again instead of a whole new pair! Thanks to Jay for the help.

Not a good experience- no product but at least I got my money back after two months of emails.
I ordered a Jabra case on 28 January. After weeks of nothing, I enquired to be told they didn’t have the item in stock and that it would likely be there in another week. Another two weeks passed, nothing again, so I emailed to enquire. They said it would be dispatched soon and offered a discount, but again nothing was sent and no discount given. I’ve now been emailing over the past month requesting full refund, with insufficient and slow responses. They don’t have the stock and customer service is super slow!!
I lost a right earbud for my Samsung…
I lost a right earbud for my Samsung R180 and thought i would need to purchase a whole new set. Found Audiospares who had the right earbud to purchase individually. Ordered on Monday, received on Wednesday and was working just like my original one. Thank you for saving me a few pounds.
