The worst experience I've ever had with an online shop. Ordered June 30 2025, no follow up, item never arrived. Numerous emails to the company, many of which went unanswered. Was told my refund would be issued on August 3. No sign despite company saying after I contacted them once more that the refund had "left their account'. See the audiospares Trustpilot page for dozens of similar reviews. Appalling customer service, should not be in business.
Update: I finally received my refunds in two separate transactions. The company offered me a 30pc discount previously due to the issues with the transaction. I found the case I needed on Ebay and received it within a week

Ordered a replacement Sony wf1000xm5 earbud, arrived quickly, I struggled to get to sync.
Jay had already emailed to check everything is ok, and said send to them in if I have any issues and they can sync for me. Sent in and received them back within a few days at no extra charge no, all working perfectly would recommend!

I am writing to escalate an urgent matter regarding my warranty replacement case that has been ongoing since July 24, 2023 (Order #1417). Despite multiple assurances and follow-ups over the past 7 months, I have yet to receive the replacement right earbud for my Momentum TW3.
Timeline of events:
July 24, 2023: Initial report of faulty right earbud
August 7, 2023: Informed replacement would be sent upon stock arrival
September 15-17, 2023: Follow-up communications, reconfirmed order details
October 4, 2023: Last communication stating stock expected "next week"
No further updates provided since October 4, 2023
Your company has repeatedly acknowledged the validity of my warranty claim and promised to send a replacement, yet after 7 months, no resolution has been provided. This delay is unreasonable and has significantly impacted my ability to use the product I purchased.
I request:
Immediate shipment of the replacement right earbud OR
A full refund of the original purchase price
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 5 business days, I will be forced to:
File a formal complaint with Trading Standards
Submit a claim through my credit card company
Leave appropriate reviews on consumer platforms
Consider small claims court action.
I have maintained patience and professional communication throughout this process, but the excessive delay has now become unacceptable. I trust you will address this matter with the urgency it deserves.

compensate you for the inconvenience by way of a 30% discount and the
replacement earbud.
If we cannot resolve this by end of week we can of course refund you in
full. You have been extremely patient in this matter and our supply of
the right side has not been resolved in a timely manner. Again if we
cannot get you the replacement out this week we will refund you in full.

Would have loved to give a great review as the customer service seemed good and i was receiving e-mails and replies about my issue but after sending another 5 or 6 emails over the course of a year I have heard nothing back from them. Was really hoping they would resolve it in time and I could leave a good review however after receiving a faulty product and them not getting back in touch or fixing it after making promises to do so, sadly going to leave this in case anybody else finds themselves in the same situation.
