Great and helpful service for those new to property auctions!
We've sold three properties with Auction House Manchester, and throughout all three sales the team there has been nothing but helpful and friendly. We went in knowing very little about the auction process last year and Ian and Evie guided us through the whole thing.
When one of the properties sold, the buyer attempted to add new conditions after paying the deposit. I contacted Ian at the auction house and he provided great advice and support so we were able to resolve the situation and complete the sale.
With the last property we sold, James gave us good advice so we were able to know what would sell best in the current market. With all three properties, we've had a good result. If you're looking to sell property at auction, especially if you need a guiding hand, I can't recommend them enough.

Dealt with Amanda in the main. She has a friendly and professional approach. She took the time to fully understand my position. These initial interactions gave me the confidence to trust her experience in this area. She was always available if I needed to discuss or clarify anything, nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Her advice was invaluable in helping me make decisions.
With respect to the process, it was all handled seamlessly and efficiently by the team.
