Auction House UK - Auction House Manchester Bewertungen

Highly professional service. I was given a key contact or account manager and they were pro-active in keeping in touch and advising on progress. My property went through two auctions (it was in a terrible state). In the first auction it didnt reach the reserve price, but second time around it went for a price beyond highest expectations. I am very pleased with the outcome and happy to recommend this company. An auction can be a daunting experience, but Auction House gained my trust and we had a happy ending.

Professional service provided by Dean and his team, good communication, well presented information in a timely manor which made the house sale go smoothly. The auction was very successful returning a value far higher than we had expected. Very pleased with the service and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

My 1st time at auction, selling a property that kept falling through on the usual route of selling....through no fault of ours or the property. Safe to say, I was very nervous, but I needed to not be. James, Dean, and Evie guided and supported me through each step, kept me updated and made the sale flawless process. Very approachable and friendly team, very impressed. So grateful for their support.

Dean and the team were very helpful and made selling my father’s property very simple whilst extracting best value. Many thanks to you all. David

First time putting a property in an auction, so was rightly nervous. The whole process was very painless with very little for me to do myself. Don't be scared of low guide prices as mine went for a lot more. Would recommend and use again.

I can not recommend Auction House Manchester highly enough, a truly professional team, providing updates throughout an extremely smooth process achieving us a very good result far exceeding the guide price.

I can recommend this auction house to anyone, very professional and will go the extra mile to do the best for you, with updates along the way, they do their upmost to get you the best price. 5* all the way, many thanks

We've sold three properties with Auction House Manchester, and throughout all three sales the team there has been nothing but helpful and friendly. We went in knowing very little about the auction process last year and Ian and Evie guided us through the whole thing.

When one of the properties sold, the buyer attempted to add new conditions after paying the deposit. I contacted Ian at the auction house and he provided great advice and support so we were able to resolve the situation and complete the sale.

With the last property we sold, James gave us good advice so we were able to know what would sell best in the current market. With all three properties, we've had a good result. If you're looking to sell property at auction, especially if you need a guiding hand, I can't recommend them enough.

Dealt with Amanda in the main. She has a friendly and professional approach. She took the time to fully understand my position. These initial interactions gave me the confidence to trust her experience in this area. She was always available if I needed to discuss or clarify anything, nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Her advice was invaluable in helping me make decisions.

With respect to the process, it was all handled seamlessly and efficiently by the team.

From the minute I got introduced to Amanda at Auction House she has been an absolute delight to deal with. She is very helpful, informative and efficient in organising my property for sale. My property sold on the auction day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Amanda if your considering selling your property in the future.
