Auction House UK - Auction House Manchester Bewertungen

From the initial contact to sale the team have been brilliant. They kept us informed and kept the process really easy. The property sold at a much higher price than we thought. Thanks for your help Jamie and Callum.

Jamie, Evie and the team have been fully responsive from the beginning. When I first requested their assistance, they were very prompt and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were quick and efficient, and although there were hiccups from the Buyer, Auction House handled it very smoothly and patiently and finally secured the deal. Credit to the team, highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Rachel Pattison as they only had 4 weeks notice that I wanted to sell and every thing was arranged perfectly. On top of which the auctioneer, James obtained a very good price for my husband and me. I would use them again should I need to. Thank you.

Callum and Rachel provided an excellent service. Patiently explaining the process and doing their very best to sell our property. I would definitely recommend the Auction House Manchester.

Our experience with auction House has been a great one from when we initially bought to also selling our property at auction, the services are excellent. Thanks Michelle for your prompt responses and making the sale process a smooth one for us.

This was my first experience selling a property through an auction, and Auction House Manchester made the whole process smooth and straightforward. The team was professional, helpful, and kept me informed at every stage. I'm really pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone considering selling at auction.

I'm very happy with the service I have received from Auction House. Their approach is both helpful and personal.

Nick's local knowledge of the housing and auction markets, and his valuation and marketing expertise during the run-up to the auction sale is much appreciated, and undoubtedly clinched the sale for me at a very respectable price, and a lot higher than I anticipated.

During the sales process, after a wobble over the decision to sell the property, and faced with my potential withdrawal, Nick acted kindly and compassionately and gave me some options to consider, that were to my best advantage, without any time pressure, and that is also most appreciated.

Thanks also to Evie, Rachel and Callum for their professional and friendly help with the queries that I fired off in their direction at the start.

Finally, thanks to James for his skill in guiding my Lot through to a successful sale.

Thank you to dean and his team, a bad situation for me but they stepped up to the plate and dealt with it professionally thank thank you
