Selling your soul isn't easy, however Atlas is without a doubt the easiest and fairest I have ever dealt with. From sending all of the packing materials (quite a lot), arranging collection, reviewing the collection and doing the deal. Very straight, very fair, quite fab in this day and age....:)))

Really impressive! Ordered a couple of records on Friday which were delivered on Monday. The records and sleeves condition were as described and the discs had been cleaned to a high standard. They were securely packed in bio-degradable packaging. This is clearly a company with a passion for music and know what they are doing.

Smooth process from start to finish. Very impressed by the efficiency shown at all stages. Most of my contact was by email. Responses were quick and always helpful and (to my ‘old fashioned’ ways) polite, well-written and the perfect combination of the personal and professional. Thought their offer was reasonable and I accepted it and it was nice to have a brief conversation about a couple of the more ‘interesting’ records in my collection. The money was transferred to my account by the end of the day. A pleasure to deal with this company.

I decided to sell my vinyl collection so looked around for places that had good reviews and Atlas kept coming up. So I contacted them by email and from the very start they were first class. Hannah and Tom asked me for a basic list of what I had and they confirmed they would be interested. So they then arrange collection with all the packaging to take it to them. I am in Cambridgeshire so the journey to Taunton isn’t close so impressed they did that and if I was not happy with their offer they then deliver it all back. After a day Sam contacted me by phone and we talked over a deal that we were both happy with. Money was transferred the very next day.

Every vinyl I’ve had from Atlas has been exactly as described; condition of vinyl, cover and well packed including anti static inner sleeve. The bag of sweets included was a nice bonus😂. Brilliant company that does what it says on the tin❤️

Firstly the process is simple and straightforward and I found the whole experience was very much customer led.
I had close to 150 LPs to sell and whilst I knew that some were general run of the mill titles, I also knew that I had quite a few gems. I was delighted to learn that the staff were more than aware of my gems and I was offered what I considered to be a very fair price for my collection.

From start to end this was a pleasant experience. Helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff backed up with slick courier service providing good quality packing materials and scheduled collection.

Really good company to deal with, professional and reliable. Kept me up to date as the process progressed. We did have a bit of a hiccup along the way but this wasn’t any fault of Atlas records, it was more of a fault of Royal Mail and myself. Full marks to Atlas for keeping me informed. Atlas were very professional and very courteous throughout. Sent the packaging and plenty of bubble wrap! The courier came when expected and within 2 days of collecting my albums I'd agreed a price and received payment. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

When you have lots of records or even a few I would say atlas is definitely one of the best ones. They have excellent knowledge of different records all the staff are all very helpful! I was sorted out by hannah she was very good and was very fast looking though my collection 1000+ and I got paid within a few hours of dropping off and they will definitely give you the best value for your records
