The whole process from start to finish took less than 24 hours. Hannah,Sam and Morgan were exceptionally helpful and friendly I had tried other dealers who were not as helpful. it is always difficult parting with treasured items, especially when the collection was your mums over the years, she would of wanted them played and enjoyed.
The young man at atlas on arrival was sympathetic to this so its good to know this can now happen.

Just bought quite a sought after 90s box set, impeccable shipping packaging, included a little leaflet with who packed it and a bag of Haribo's for good measure, the records are all ultrasonically cleaned, graded as VG+ but on playing I'd say far more like NM, box also graded as VG+ but aside from one non-included sticker, it's perfect. And each record in a rice paper sleeve. Absolutely impeccable, under-graded, and ever the best it could possibly be. Will be keeping them as a regular!

As someone who recently took the plunge and got my entry-level turntable, I can say that Atlas Records is DEFINITELY now bookmarked as a regular for me.

It is very dangerous for my bank account - but one of the most reliable experiences you'll get with purchasing. They're upfront and clear with gradings, presses and detail. Their orders arrive promptly, and extremely well packaged and you also have the added benefit of their excellent inner and outer sleeves.

I came to love crate digging as I like the thrill of the hunt, but it's equally dopamine inducing to browse their well-structured, slick website to discover treasures. The best balance between a slick e-commerce experience that's also personal, as you saw who cleaned and packed your latest addition.

Over recent months I have been a regular customer with these people and have always thought very highly of the company.
Recently they have tried to palm me off with extremely bad service especially once they have received my money !
They have chosen not to value my custom and so I will not be using them anymore.
A prime example of treating the Little Guy with contempt !

I was very happy with my experience when I sold my record collection to Atlas Records. My daughter and grand-daughter researched the records that I had, and obtained past sale prices, then I asked several companies if they would be interested in buying them from me. Atlas Records offered me the best price and they were a pleasure to deal with. Definitely a Five Star rating.

Its taken me a while to purchase from Atlas as I really like to see a record in person before purchasing it but they were the only place who had what I wanted. Delivery was as expected, well packed and on time.
The quality of the vinyl and the sleeve was exactly as described and better than I honestly expected buying online.
An exceptional mint condition LP that plays like new and very very good condition sleeve exactly as described.
I will have a bit more faith buying online in future if I stick to using this company.

I had an old vinyl collection of approx 190 records and mixed genres mainly LPs, 12 and 7 inch singles from over 48 years.

They sent boxes promptly and with a little bit of negotiation I was given a reasonable offer .

I would definitely use this company again.

Had a large vinyl collection taking up space. Sent them a list of my LPs and they sent me boxes, tape and labels to send them. Courier collected on time. Within a couple of days had a very generous offer which I accepted. Utterly brilliant service
