Wow. What a great company. Very fast shipping and records were as described. Records came in a top quality inner sleeve which was an unexpected bonus.

Have used Atlas multiple times, always really pleased. The condition of the records are exactly as described (I think they are conservative with their grading compared to others).
Dispatch is always prompt and packaging very good. I also buy their inner sleeves which are excellent.

Could do without the Haribos but 100% recommended

I had decided to sell my LP collection and saw Atlas Records page on Facebook. They were clear from the start as to the number of LPs they would accept as a minimum. I sent a list of the LPs in my collection and I received confirmation the next day that they would be prepared to buy them. I was contacted by phone to inform me of what the process entailed and informed that I would receive boxes and labels with instructions on how to pack the LPs. The boxes and labels arrived a few days later with a confirmation email and a very clear video as how to pack the albums. Atlas had arranged for Royal Mail to collect the boxes but after 3 attempts no boxes had been collected. They then arranged for another courier to collect everything and they arrived promptly the next day. A few days later I received an acceptable offer for my collection and the money was paid into my account later that day.
I would thoroughly recommend dealing with Atlas Records if you are considering selling your vinyl collection. I was very comfortable with the whole process and the clear, prompt communication I received throughout.

By chance, I saw an ad for Atlas Records and decided to check out their site. I live in the US, so there offer of free shipping for orders over $100 and no tariff hassles was very appealing.
After scrolling through some of the inventory, I found myself loading up on titles that I have been searching for, but could never find because here, they are imports and a lot harder to secure. I am 5 or 6 orders in now and am very pleased with the condition of ALL of the records I have purchased and have checked off a lot of must-haves, off my list! If I was in the UK, I would go to work for this company. Great service, consistent packing and shipping, and most of all, they are customer focused.

Sold my collection for what I think was a fair price. Despite some niggles with getting the boxes picked up (fault was with the couriers, not Atlas) the company was helpful and responsive throughout. And I got my money through very quickly! No hesitation in recommending them.

First class operation from start to finish and would use again. Professional and make you feel at ease when selling your collection to them and the process is seem less.

Why can't more companies be as good as this?

From filling out the initial on-line form, to concluding the sale, communication was always prompt and effective, by email and phone.
Atlas responded quickly and the process was clearly explained. They expressed an interest in my collection and sent all the necessary packing and instructions to safely courier the records to them. Courier collected on time and Atlas made a good offer a few days later. Funds paid into my account almost immediately after I accepted.

Atlas are fast becoming the ‘go to’ company for growing my record collection. They are super reliable, there is new stock available most days and the vinyl itself is often better than described! You can tell that they really care … right down to the packaging! (Thanks Tom!)
