ASW is a very professional company. We contacted them regarding a bed bug issue and they sent their technician very promptly. Rob was very kind and knowledgeable and gave us a very straightforward and well informed judgement of how best to proceed. With his help and experience we were able to successfully treat the apartment and have not seen any bed bugs since. Would recommend!

We are delighted with the service we received from Adam. He was quick, efficient and tidy on all three of his visits, and was very helpful when we had to change the time of his visit at short notice. I had a problem with a hornets nest in my garden and was very keen to get rid of it. We contacted ASW in the evening and they repsonded almost immediately with the promise of a phonecall the following morning to arrange a visit. This happened and by that afternoon Jamie had visited and got rid of the nest. I was so impressed by his response, his explanation of the procedure and by his kindness. Wow what a fast and professional approach from this company I enquired about a wasp nest to be looked at and possibly be treated they sent someone round to my house within hours of contacting them and treated the nest and also sent me info of what they used and what to look out for and picture of my house where the nest was definitely highly recommend you won’t be disappointed

I contacted ASW pest control as I had an issue with a rat in my attic. They visited my house within a few hours of the call.
They visited controller / Advisor was very professional and knowledgeable of the issue and found where the rat was entering the property and fixed the issue there and then.

Phoned ASW on the Monday morning for advice on a rodent problem. They said someone would phone me back, which they did later in the morning & they attended after lunch the same day. They gave very good, clear advice about how they would fix the problem & put a follow up visit in the diary, included in the price. Would highly recommend.
