Having bed bugs for the first time I looked on line at pest control specialists in my area, I chose ASW because of their four years of 'Best Business Award', rang them early in the morning, told specialist would ring later that day or next morning, actually rang same morning and said could come next day at 9 am, sent me details to help get the room ready, Rob arrived smack on 9 am in morning, told me they used heat and then spray to kill bugs, seems to me that heat is the way most experts now say is the best way to kill them, after he'd finished told what to do for the next three weeks with the room and that to get in touch with him if I needed to, he said our infestation was pretty high (we'd not realised for weeks and weeks what was in the room), I rang Rob about two weeks later for some advice, it went to answer phone which I don't like as many people never ring you back so I decided to try later, Rob actually saw the missed the call and rang me back, small detail but I think good sign with a firm, price was very reasonable as well, highly recommend ASW from first getting in touch with them to after care as well.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. Really take the trouble to investigate how rats are able to access my house. Equally important, they turn up when they say they will - no delays or obfuscation. Highly recommended.

The whole process was professionally Managed by Rob and he was very knowledgeable and talked us through the process and sorted out our problem to our complete satisfaction. Also a big shout out on his timekeeping it was impeccable.

The response by ASW was less than an hour, as the technician was just finishing work at another property in the area. On arrival he immediately identified where the wasps were entering the roof of my bungalow, and clearly explained the process of getting rid of them. This was done with care — no fuss, no mess, and at a fair price. ASW even sent information to me by email, about what to expect from the wasps in the next few days.
I was very impressed by the friendly and reassuring manner of this company and a job well done, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Brilliant service! I contacted 3 companies, ASW were the only ones to get back to me and also came out the same day. I was unsure what areas were causing our flea issue so Bob came out and did a thorough check of inside and outside the house. After inspection he did a blitz of the affected area, which turned out to be outside and we haven’t been bitten since!
