Excellent service from start to finish! I called about a wasp nest in our fascia and soffit, and they were able to come out the very same day. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly before getting to work. The nest was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and we had complete peace of mind afterwards.

Brilliant, fast, reliable service, I had an active Wasp nest that needed to be taken care of as i have 2 kids in the house. I messaged late evening thinking i would possibly get a reply the following morning, but no got a reply within minutes and an appointment for the next morning. Kept me updated via message regularly. We can’t recommend Kieran and Vermicure enough! We had tried a few DIY pest control methods that hadn’t worked, and called vermicure to help us with a suspected rat in the house. Kieran came round the next morning even though it was a Saturday, which we were very grateful for. He was really knowledgeable and efficient, explained exactly what he was doing and why, what he was looking for etc and pointed out a load of things we would never have noticed. He doesn’t use poison either which we were happy about, he helped us get rid of the culprit within a week, and he filled in all the little holes in our outer walls to stop anymore pests getting in.

Kieran was friendly, professional and efficient. He assessed the house, laid traps which had caught the mouse by the time he did his first return trip and there was no further sign on his final trip to check traps and access points. He even helped us fit some preventative measures we bought ourselves.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kieran was clear and helpful identifying the cause of the problem, how to fix it and the costs involved. He genuinely cared and wasn’t satisfied until we’d got rid of the pests. Highly recommended.

Absolutely excellent service, Kieran couldn’t have been more helpful.
We didn’t realise what had allowed access to our property and neither did the 3 or 4 pest controllers we had used before we found Kieran.
He explained we needed a drain survey, which identified the problems.
Once that had been remedied Kieran set traps (I now understand the only way to eliminate rats), caught the rats the same night, our issues were solved.
Be aware anyone who comes and puts poison down is NOT a pest controller!
