Sorry I can not remember her name but spoke on multiple times
Everyone I spoke too has gone above and beyond what I have expected.there were compassionate and understanding , and did everything were could too help resolve the situation.the one lady I spoke too on a number of the times was very helpful and I often felt she was going above and beyond. Please keep this up (as I work in the catering industry,were service is important and understanding of guest needs)

Call in to resolve
I spoke to a dear chap named Nihad. A very helpful polite and understanding young man. I am most obliged and grateful for his thoughtful and kind handling of my case.
It is best to pick up the phone and discuss a tricky situation to navigate out of itrather than burying ones head in sand! My experience couldnt be bettered! Well done and many thanks to Nihad!!
