Awful company to deal with (commercial side). Rude and patronising staff, zero communication unless chased multiple times and so bad that we gave up and went for premises with a different estate agent. They lied to us more than once and having spoken to other business owners who have used them this is definitely not exclusive to us. I would avoid at all costs.

Wasn’t a score lower than 1 star but I’d have given minus 5 if I could. Terrible company to deal with. The only times I’ve heard back from them is if I’ve chased. We’re now thousands of pounds down in solicitors fees and weeks with an empty unit because I can’t arrange for any of the heavy machinery to be ordered in ready for opening because of the non existent communication….ten weeks into securing the lease on our tiny unit. Nothing complicated in the lease at all!
Steer clear if you’re looking for a smooth transaction without extra added stress

We chose them for their reputation, their knowledge of local coastal market, & we found them to be friendly, helpful, professional, giving wise business advice and calm support (including being available & working weekends) for the marketing and sale of our house in weybourne. They have a strong network in sheringham who they can call on during the process (solicitor/ clearance etc). We highly recommend their agency. Liz Jolley

Awful experience with this company. Buying and selling property is already stressful, but a poor agent makes it far worse. Communication was terrible, the property brochure was subpar, and at no point did I feel they were acting in my best interests. I had to escalate a formal complaint and seek advice from the Property Ombudsman. They seemed completely unaware—or indifferent—to the stress they caused. I’ve worked with excellent estate agents before, and this was the complete opposite. It will be a relief when Rightmove allows private sellers to bypass agencies like this.

All owners should be made aware as they are completely unprofessional and despite contacting via telephone, via website, and directly to email staff including Phil Cooper one of the directors, not one single person came back in any way. I was prepared to offer the up to the full annual payment in advance, this I would suggest therefore also was never fed back to the actual owner. I would not want to be using this kind of company offering this lack of professionalism and demonstrates the likely performance people will experience. I have again emailed Phil Cooper to inform him of this and that a review will be left regards my experience. I would have left a minus star if optional.

We put my mums bungalow on with Keys of Aylsham, the photos were awful so we complained and they were re-done, but no better, the writeup was dreadful, it had a new kitchen and bathroom, so we decided along with keys we should re-decorate the house as they only had two viewings in 4 months, so we paid for it to be done, new photos and writeup done, but still not very good, no visits, then 1 but they never gave us any feedback or kept in touch, 6 months 3 visits, they were not pro active in trying to sell in a very sort after rd, then 1 month cancellation period, Not impressed

This company is not to be trusted we bought a bungalow in sheringham norfolk from this estate agent and we visited it a couple of times during the buying process we viewed it March this year and asked the agent who showed us round the property to show us the electric shower working and the boiler and it was working when we moved into the property in June the boiler or the shower wasn't working we got in touch with arnolds keys about the shower and they said they would send a plumber round to see what was wrong with it the plumber came round and he said we need a new one the plumber spoke to arnolds keys on the phone and they said as we had seen the shower working as a gesture they would pay for a new one the plumber said he would go and buy one like for like and he would be back today or tomorrow whenever he could get a replacement Saturday came and went so did sunday no plumber Monday morning I phoned arnolds keys to ask what had happened to the plumber and they said they never said they would pay for it so the plumber never came back so it cost us 400 pounds for a new shower and fitted then with the boiler not working another 150 pounds for that if they had told us that the boiler or the shower wasn't working we could have got the price to have them replaced and repaired from the price of the property they deceived us and they should be named and shamed for there actions
