Excellent

Excellent, patient and friendly service. However, check which company you are actually booking before confirming. It wasn’t easily available information until after booking and payment.
Was confused and ultimately disappointed that it was not the company I wanted and expected.

Stefan was fab and really efficient

Stefan was fab and really efficient! I’ve never had something done so easily and without any hassle at all! We booked a 16 seater party bus for a hen do and it was all sorted almost immediately without me even doing anything!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! Answered all of my questions and even found a cheaper hummer for me without me even asking due to it being for a smaller group! Was such an easy booking experience! Highly recommend!

Easy and helpful booking process

The booking process is definitely a 5-star. Our booking often needed amending, so I was pleased to have all my enquiries dealt with through one person (Glen), who was very patient and helpful.

However, the 'goods' haven't been received yet, so this is why I'm giving it only 3 stars for now.

Excellent service!

I worked with Stefan Watts to arrange a party bus for my best friend’s hen party weekend, and the experience was excellent. He was professional, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable about the services on offer. I’m thoroughly pleased with the overall service and would highly recommend.

If I could leave minus stars I would

If I could leave minus stars I would - avoid at all costs. This company is not worth bothering with. They let me down for my wedding day, sent a sub standard replacement (no fault of the person/company they contracted as they delivered the service they were booked for but sadly not what I asked for) but AFH retained an inflated and unreasonable fee as the booking agent. I am having to issue court proceedings.
