TERRIBLE! I used this company for a big brand event, and everything they could get wrong they did... from booking the wrong busses, to arriving late (or not at all for one minibus), to very nearly getting in a crash and scaring the life outb of our guests. Then when i complained, absolutely nothing was done to rectify anything at all. Strongly advise to steer clear if your need is professional

Well what can i say !!!
After cancelling my last booking due to unforseen circumstances i was able to rebook again this month for another occassion with the outstanding help from Stef..
Nothing is ever too much trouble and he as the most friendly, helpful and bubbly personality anyone could wish for.
Not only have i rebooked but upgraded to a brand new high class limo for just a small fee extra.
I would highly recommend this company 100%. Will definately be booking again for special events.

It was a lovely experience with the limo! We had a hen party and we hired a limo! The chauffeur was lovely (Richard). During the booking, I got amazing service from Shane, who helped me with every single question I had! Thank you!

We booked what was meant to be a 22 seater high end party bus with karaoke for our Christmas party, but what arrived was not worth the £1795 they charged us! There was no karaoke and the bus was very basic. The bus came from a company called Easy Limos.
They were late collecting us, dropped us off in the wrong place in London which made us very late for our meal, when the driver arrived to collect us the bus stank of cannabis, the driver was nearly falling asleep at the wheel and had a near miss with a lorry so opened all the windows to stay awake, so it was absolutely freezing.
I complained to the company but not surprisingly they had an answer for everything.
