Once this company has your money not willing to help. Big mistake using anglian

To get a test and subsequent result this company is fit for purpose, however on site there is only a tent (marquee) that is in use. My wife and I arrived on the given date and time, needing the loo my wife asked the whereabouts of a toilet only to be told a public toilet is available a few minutes drive away. My wife decided to venture into the wilderness only for the staff member to ask where my wife was headed off too when I suggested she was going for a walk I was informed that I was not on a business park but in fact an army base where I would be fined heavily. When I stared did they in fact want my wife to wet herself I was informed yet again that this could include a heavy fine. I do feel that sometimes some dignity should be shown and this is a case for such. Are you really telling the truth that no toilet is available nearby?
Obviously customer care training is non existent at Anglia DNA. As for the army base masquerading as a business park.....

We have used Anglia DNA since early summer I can only say what super staff they have. Any concerns or information I require the staff always have time and offer help when we need it. Thank you to those in the Scottow office (Andy Julie Daisy and a special thank you to the lady who helped me activate my grand children,s Fit 2 Fly test (15/10/21) sorry didn't get your name and the customer service staff based Norwich and Cardiff.

i was concerned after seeing many bad reviews. i think the company had early issues especially with mailing kits etc. Also I was fortunate that I didn't need to quarantine and stayed only 30 minutes from the local lab in Norfolk. So traveling to the local site and taking the tests there was convenient and simple. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful [thank you]. my 2 day result and my fit to fly back to the US result were e-mailed to me within 6 hours and 8 hours respectively. the whole experience was seamless. thank you

I travelled abroad recently and needed the Day2 Covid Test for my return. Discovering Anglia DNA on the internet I was happy to give them a try as they are located in my county. Also I was very happy with the cost of the test having heard of very pricey ones in the media. The testing kit arrived the day after my return and I was able to take it as advised on day 2 after my return. The result came very quickly- and I can say the whole experience was very good indeed. I will definitely use Anglia DNA again for any testing for travel in the future, and will recommend this company for their quick, efficient and very reasonably priced tests.

I recently travelled overseas and had excellent service with respect to guidance on how to access the pre-departure covid-19 testing. I received results promptly within the advertised time and had no problems on travelling.

I shall be using day 2, day 8 testing on my return.

I have used this company twice now for day 2 home testing and have been very impressed on both occasions. The test kits arrived on time and the results were received less than 48 hours after returning them. Thanks once again for a very efficient service. I will definitely be recommending Anglia DNA to friends and family.

Prior to making an appointment for a Day 2 on site PCR test for my wife and me, I needed to clarify several points about the procedures. I spoke to Victoria who dealt perfectly with my questions. I had expected to have to subsequently make the appointments online, but Victoria arranged the test date there and then. The tests will not take place for several weeks but the company's performance so far has been very helpful.
Our PCR tests were undertaken on 16/9/21 under the direction of a very helpful lady and the results (both negative) were notified within 24 hours.
Despite some negative reviews of this company elsewhere I can only report that our experience has been quite positive.

I did not think I had my results in a timely manner, but for some reason the result went to SPAM mail even though other communication had shown up in my email.
I contacted ANGLIA DNA and they figured it out. So, my results did come on time.
They were very helpful and responsive in figuring out the problem.

I was very happy with the service and have recommended them to friends. Customer service were extremely helpful & efficient when I had to change the type of test I needed. I did the test on site - no waiting and very easy. The results were received around 6pm the same day as the test

My wife and I kept an appointment for a Covid-19 Travel Testing Day 2 Self-Swab Onsite Test yesterday, September 17.
We were guided through the bizarre “shove this up your nose and down your throat” routine and the subsequent interminable bureaucracy of the “Public Health Passenger Locator Form” and miscellaneous required information by a charming, helpful and incredibly patient young lady called Daisy.
Her help included offering me her charger for my flat phone battery.
At the same time Daisy calmly and soothingly dealt with other clients in various stages of pre-flight panic.
Bravo Daisy! Very impressed and very grateful.

Having used Anglia DNA before the repeat experience was as efficient as the first time. I only use the on site self test service and the staff have always been very helpful. Booking the test is straight forward and the forty pounds for the self test is by far the cheapest around. The fact that the paper work is a pain is not their fault - probably just to check whether you are sending someone else to do a test you should be doing yourself! Finding the place can be a bit frustrating as the satnav tends to send you to the wrong place. Good job I knew the way because the first time it sent me to the prison which is just the other side of the actual address entered into the satnav! You then have to drive around the block to get to the right place.

I did not take the test, as I had already left the country by day 2, and therefore it was simply a box-ticking exercise to get a passenger locator form code.
The fact I got the code is why this review gets one star (also because you cannot give zero stars).

Otherwise, it is a little concerning that at no point does the company follow up a no-show, both from the point of view of someone perhaps forgetting, or from the perpective of people wandering around the country without having taken what we are told are vital tests.

They are, however, happy to take money for a test that they don't perform, with the only follow-up contact being to ask for purported customers to rank their performance. Presumably so they can charge more customers the same.

Oh, and like every other provider on the government list, their pricing on the gov.uk website is misleading.

Chose the location and the provider as we live in Norwich and know the area well. Not well signposted but that is the fault of NCC who just have not signed Scottow Enterprise Park well at all. Staff very helpful and professional but system very poorly developed. We had our day 2 test- we had a test in France and went through lots of checks but all done off the phone as all the information is on the location form, at Scottow it was putting stuff in by hand. Result expected in a day or so but no stress as we were only tested in France on Tuesday and they were very slick for a pharmacy in a village!

Very difficult to find, very helpful, reassuring people.

Booked a test before we travelled at the Scottow centre (near Coltishall ) for after our return. The postcode for the site is incorrect and not recognised. After driving round country roads headed for the village of Scottow and saw the signs for test centre. Its a tent in the car park at the old RAF Coltishall site. The young girl Rebecca could not have been more helpful. When we tried to finish the process online there was no phone signal. Rebecca let us complete it on her "Tablet" and even helped us fill in our information. Could not have been more helpful. A pity the site could not have been in a better location with directions and postcode online. Kits were handed in and nothing more to do.

The Covid test was done relatively quickly after my return from holiday. However 96 hours later and I still have no response from Anglia DNA as to whether I am positive or negative. This is an absolutely useless service, I am waiting to return to work.

Fabulous service! Having seen some of the unfair reviews on here I feel it’s only right I leave one which is a true reflection. Many people are leaving bad reviews due to their frustration with the government requirements, rather than reviewing the company itself. It’s a mandatory service which Anglia DNA provides very efficiently. I dealt with both Abbey & Becca at the drive through clinic and both were very friendly and so helpful! Clearly explained the process and my results were with me next day as promised. No hidden costs with this company and good value.

Political wate of time and money. The kits went in the bin as soon as they arrived because we were only in the UK for the weekend and the EU only cares about the vaccination certificate to re-enter Europe.
Ridiculously expensive just to have a booking number!
And the kits had no instructions.

Had the home kit service for two. Unfortunately even though the delivery date was changed on site kits still arrived separately one on right day the other on original date given. But kits easy to use.
