Didn’t receive instructions in the box on how to take the test myself. However results came through extremely quickly so would definitely recommend this service. If prices could be lowered - even better. Thank you.

Easy to find and lots of parking space, but you need a car to go there. Very helpful stuff and my results were sent by the time that was meant to be reported.

Covid test to fly was processed on time even after changing test date!

My main challenge was the difficulty in locating your laboratory in Norwich. The site is too remote but the services at the center was Satisfactory, then I will rate the promptness in the release of test results as excellent.
However it is suggested you reduce your charges for all the test. I had all my Covid test in your center. Day 2&8 and the fit-to-fly as well.

it was far to expensive, and i sent both day 2 and day 8 tests and at no time did they tell me the results.

My wife and I paid for two Day 2 Only - Supervised On-site Tests in Norwich. When we arrived, we were promptly told that we would have to do the tests ourselves because there was a “staff shortage.” At this point, we were ok with paying an extra £40 in total because we just wanted our testing done. I received my results within 7 hours later that evening. My wife was worried about not receiving hers, so she phoned up. She was told that she would get her results within 72 hours. After the 72 hour mark, she had to email asking for her results which you did not have. After multiple emails, we finally received her “results” which were FAR less detailed than the results I had received. So not only we’re we overcharged £40 for “supervised” tests which we did on our own, but we also paid for a test that did not provide results in the agreed upon time frame. Would avoid this place at all costs.

Excellent 5 star service on site from lovely Daisy, who guided our relative from Spain on how to self administer the day 2 test on-site.Overall rating reduced by one star as the web site was not the best I have used, and could benefit from some “fine tuning”, however, that beingsaid, the customer service team were excellent in resolving any issues.
Prices seem to fluctuate almost daily, however we were more than happy with reasonable cost of the day 2 test on the day we booked it, and overall a very very good experience on site, and we were impressed that the test results were received well within 8 hours of the test being taken. Would I choose to use them again?Absolutely, as despite a couple of issues with the booking process, the actual testing and receiving of results was excellent. Thank you Anglia DNA.

Excellent on-site service for Fit2Fly PCRs for our unvaccinated children and Day 2 PCRs for all of us. Results received within same day.
Did not give it 5 stars as cannot understand why Fit2Fly PCRs are so much more expensive than reasonably priced Day 2 PCRs, as process seems to be exactly the same.

TEST
Received Day 2 and 8 test kit through the post as scheduled, however, I did not receive my Day 2 result , called a couple of times but no result. I had no problem with my Day 8 result , it came on time. Overall, the staff and their services are well appreciated.

It's overpriced, no ability to pay at the test point. People sitting around with nothing to do but still they can't help you
