I ordered a pair of their lacy type trainers back in April!! I received acknowledgement of order & payment & to this day have received NOTHING!! I am fuming that this is around the THIRD company I have been conned with advertised via Facebook this year totalling around £100. Never again!!

If I say appalling service it's an understatement. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 20th April that never arrived, I quoted order numbers, the only responses I received from Anastasia London was automated emails giving a load of waffle, the contact number on website doesn't work. Still no shoes and out of pocket..... Shop elsewhere.

Untrustworthy company, they will accept your money but goods will never arrive, they ignore any correspondence. Trading standards contacted

This website should be shut down put my order in April after multiple attempts and bad customer service feedback. Excuse after excuse technical problems covid etc ...

I ordered a pair of trainers back in April & after emailing them about 20 times I'm receiving it's with the technical team or reduced delivery due to covid DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE it's just a scam taken my money I'm looking into trading standards now to try & get my money back it's a joke I've only clicked 1* so I could write this review so no one else is ripped off

Ordered 12 April now 9 August, still no shoes, asked several times for refund but nothing, I'm now in process of going through trading standards, this site should be closed down, a complete con, stay away from these.

Like everyone else I ordered shoes on the 16th April and still haven’t received them. I have emailed the company numerous times but just get automated responses. It’s a disgrace, they took my money. It’s a complete scam, don’t order from this company

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. Still not received my order from 20th April. Numerous emails, standard stupid replays. Clearly stolen my money. Robbers.

I wouldnt even give them one star. They are a scam. Ordered goods on 12th.April.2020. its now 22nd July2020. Still no order. emailed them many times to get robot reply . iVe asked for refund but nothing. This site wants shutting down.

THIEVES, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star review. Ordered shoes for my birthday in April, they happily and quickly stole my money and to date (July) despite many attempts to contact and a few broken English replies, (think they’re French based) still no sign of my order.

I ordered from this company in apr and it is now July I haven't recieved my shoes or had my money refunded back to me. Appalling company just one big massive scam DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

I stupidly, ordered from this company without looking at reviews, I placed my order on 18/4/20 and despite sending email to query when I would receive my order and then emailing to request a refund due to non delivery of goods, I am resigned to the fact I have lost my money !
This is disgusting behaviour at a time of a world pandemic When people are struggling.

I’ve ordered a pair of shoes over 3 months ago and still don’t have them???? I’ve had no email.. no phone call.. NOTHING.. I’m not a happy costumer and would REALLY like someone to tell me what’s going on???

If I could give them 0 stars I would. What an absolute sham you guys are running! The stuff you advertise are lovely but you took my money and I never got the product I paid for. I’m on email number 11 now. An diabolical level of service and you should be ashamed of yourselves. You accepted my hard earned money for a product you knew you couldn’t provide. Disgusting company.

SCAMMERS....DO NOT ORDER from Anastasia London...I ordered some sandals in April and 14 weeks later still have no shoes or refund. Every email I send I’m just told to be Patient!!!!! Dreadful - Please NEVER order from this scamming company.
