Super impressed with this company.
Our bed arrived but the headboad didn't fit up the stairs ( our fault on not measuring properly even after their customer service team had asked us to )
We emailed them and got an immediate response with an excellent resolution to have it split at a small fee and have it redelivered.

The split headboard came within a week and easily went upstairs! Superb company and superb customer service.

Just received our lovely winged bed from Creed. The quality and colour were above our expectations! They delivered on time and assembled our bed seamlessly. Thank you Bed Creed!

This is my second purchase from this company and I must say they have delivered beautiful high quality beds both time.
I have always been sceptical about buying from online companies because of my past experiences but they have been a breath of fresh air for me. Super helpful customer services and the quality compared to other companies was much much better.

Ordered a bed with wide and high headboard. Nice bed.
However delivery was a joke, they wanted to deliver it after 12 at midnight (what kind of company even does this and it’s not even legal to do so). I complained and refused this absurd delivery time. So my order was delayed.
The bed has no center support in the frame like all beds have, it also has no support for the huge headboard to hold it against the wall which should be thought of.
I contacted the company about this and nothing, once you paid your on your own is the experience I got.

After being let down by another company we found Ayzlan and decided to put our faith with them as they had such good reviews and designs. I must say I'm so glad I did. Everything from the get go was perfect, helpful customer services and an excellent quality bed. I am absolutely thrilled with it and can't be happy enough.

Delivery time frames were perfect and bed was delivered as promised. I would 100% recommend.

Delivery was much quicker than I had anticipated after ordering our bed. Had our fabric swatches sent out quickly as well so overall a very quick turnaround from getting our samples to placing the order.

I would say I am extremely pleased with the quality of the bed I purchased. Worth every single penny. Easy to say the bedroom has never looked better!

Once we decided our color we proceeded with our order. Received our confirmation email immediately followed up by a call the very next day to confirm if our chosen headboard height would fit through all places.

The service received has been nothing short of fantastic. Not only were the customer services really helpful but they were giving regular updates and letting us know when to expect our delivery which was perfect.

We made the purchase of Harold Wide Headboard Bed from Amore and they have been nothing but fantastic through and through. The bed oozes quality and workmanship and looks absolutely amazing. It was delivered on time by two lovely guys who took no time assembling it for us.
Really happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Awful customer service! We have purchased a super king size bed and waited more than a month to get it delivered. When the delivery arrived the guys brought all parts in however the headboard was too big and could not pass the staircase, they took it back to split to 2 halves but left the frame in my bedroom packed. I was sure the headboard will arrive in couple of days. Now, I am another month with no bed, packed frame in my bedroom and without headboard. I spoke to Sara ( who was very arrogant) from customer service and she said that the delivery will take time and we need to pay extra cost to have the board split. Also she hadn’t even try to help to speed up a delivery! To cancel the order I will need to pay a collection fee of the parts they left on purpose in my house, to pay additional fee for the effort they have done to build the bed. Absolutely worst place to buy furniture, never again! Now I will need to wait another week to get the headboard delivered, will hate this bed but unfortunately forced to keep it as I will not pay hundreds of pounds to return it! Very dissatisfied customer of Ayzlan! Update: the “fixed” headboard arrived (instead of given 4-7pm window, at 7:30 pm in absolute darkness) split in 4 parts( instead of promised 2 halves), two side parts were too big to squeeze, so the fitters only fit 2 parts to put together the main frame, the top part remain very only as it was much bigger and heavier then the bottom part. The fitters said they work from 6am and they only external subcontractors and are not responsible for wrong parts, they just put together the frame and left head side boards aside. We paid to private fitter to come and do the job so we can sleep safely on this bed without a top headboard falling on us.

Service was brilliant from the start. They always answered all my queries and kept me updated on the progress of our bed.

The delivery drivers were fantastic and arrived on time. Super friendly and even took their shoes off entering our property.

Bed is lovely and amazing quality. You can tell just by looking at it how gorgeous and high quality it is.

A very positive experience we have had with this company. Our bed got delivered in due time and it looks absolutely gorgeous in Silver Plush! We took our time deciding on the swatches we received from them and I must say we're happy that we did! as it suits our decor perfectly and looks amazing.
Delivery guys were nice and polite and took their shoes off prior to coming in and erected our bed within 30-40 mins. Super happy with our purchase.

Exceptional service and quality received. Bed is so grand and looks absolutely gorgeous in our new house. The delivery was spot on and on time. Buying furniture ( especially beds ) is always a nerve wrecking experience. But I must say this company made it so easy right from the start. Their website was not only beautiful but easy to use and we got our confirmation as soon as we placed our order online. We had our fabric swatches in hand which made it really easy to make our decision.
Bed was dispatched and delivered within 2 weeks and delivered well within the time slot we were given by the delivery drivers. The bed is robust, extremely good looking and looks fantastic.
Very satisfied with our purchase and would recommend this company to friends and family.

Our new bed delivered to us is drop dead gorgeous! it looks even better in reality than the pictures cuz of the fabric we chose according to our decor and my o my did it compliment it !
The delivery wasnt delayed like other companies ( we had one kids wooden bed delivered recently by another company which took months! ) and it only came within 8 days of ordering on a date which was mutually agreed.

The drivers were well spoken, polite and professional in their work, Assembled the bed within minutes and showed us how to use the ottoman gas lift before they left. Kudos to them!

It has been a very pleasureable experience we have had since ordering all the way up to delivery and we would like to thank each and every individual who dealt with us and the company as a whole on doing an amazing job manufacturing and delivering our bed to us.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! my bed arrived with missing parts(the base for the matress), they said that they will deliver the missing parts on next working day and it only came 3 weeks later! i couldn't use the bed, i had to storage it which was not easy cause was a big otoman bad ,i ve asked them to come and have it back cause i want a refund, I paid mare than £1000 for it, they totally refused! they barely answered to my e-mails! Later, when i had enough of waiting i ve asked them to pay for the missing parts cause i wanted to buy it from somewhere else, they also refused! Ayzlan, i really hope you won't reply with something else, cause i have all e-mails to proove it!
