I ordered and my bed never arrived! I'm so upset!!

This has been by far one of the best online experiences I have had with a furniture company. Mind me when I say I have dealt with bigger brands but they don't come even close to the level of quality and service Ayzlan provided from the get go.
The updates were regular and the delivery times were fantastic considering our bed was hand made to order. Upon delivery, the drivers were courteous and friendly and did a clean professional job assembling our bed for us.
I couldnt be more happier with my purchase and the amount of praise I have for this company. I would definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Was anxious about ordering from this company as never heard of them before - got great help pre ordering re sizing and delivery. Ordered grey plush 5ft Ottoman- delivered a few weeks later as promised and it is perfect.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Free samples were really helpful in choosing what we wanted. So many colour and fabric choices for the actual bed.

Excellent service, very good quality bed. From ordering to delivery was excellent. Spoke to them regarding the mattress to order with the bed as we were unsure about the quality, gave us good advice so we went ahead with the bed and mattress. The bed is very well made. Excellent service, excellent company.

This bed is a complete disappointment and a waste of money. The fabric feels cheap and started pilling within weeks of use. The headboard is so poorly padded that it's uncomfortable to even sit up in bed. To make matters worse, the stitching is uneven, and the overall construction feels flimsy.
I called customer services a day after installing and notified them of dents in the headboard to which was told give it a a few days and they will settle but it’s been 4 months and the dents are still there. And unfortunately customer services isn’t the friendliest either.
The bed base had bowed is is literally two light planks supported just around the edges. All caved in and I weigh 50 kgs so I don’t see how my weight could contribute to that.
For the price, I expected a sturdier construction and better craftsmanship. Very poor quality and lack of durability make it hard to recommend. I’m disappointed. And would urge you to not be fooled by their fancy website and images.
This bed looks and feels like a bargain-bin item. Avoid this product at all costs. I regret this purchase completely. Avoid purchasing anything from them.

It was a 1st class service from the time I received my samples to the time I placed my order. Delivery was on time & the delivery guys were great. I was even more impressed with how my ottoman was packaged....it was so well wrapped up to avoid any damage in transit. I absolutely love my ottoman I can now store all my bedding in one place!!! Thank you Amore.

We are very pleased with ur bed. Delivery took only 9 days and they did an excellent job assembling it for us. Quality of the bed is fantastic and looks super luxurious. Excellent customer service too.

Ordered the cube bed king size & I’m very happy with the quality of the product. Got the material samples sent through the post & ordered it online. I’m not one for ordering large products online without seeing it in the flesh, but was exactly what we wanted & not seen anything anywhere else. Delivered on the day agreed & taken to the bedroom by them. I installed it myself & instructions easy to understand. Would recommend to others. 5 stars.

Ordered a ‘Mary’ wide headboard super king bed. Good quality, sturdy and easy to put together. Very happy.

Beautiful bed. Delivered and assembled professionally by their delivery team within the time frame stated.
Excellent value for money. So much better than other high street stores who charge nearly twice as much for not even half the build quality. Definitely recommended.

Firstly, we received the wrong bed size and had to wait several weeks for the correct size to be delivered which was very inconvenient as I was 38 weeks pregnant at the time, just over a year later we are now having issues with the bed making creaking noises, the ottoman is not fit for purpose as it can barely hold any weight without collapsing, the company were not much help when we emailed for advice

What amazing quality. We purchased 2 kingsized beds with mattresses for our boys. They look amazing. The quality is phenomenal! We are so pleased with our purchases. Highly recommend.

I must say you rarely find this level of customer service and quality these days. Our Mary Hybrid Mirror Bed in super king size looks absolutely phenomenal and is so solid and sturdy too.
The delivery times were great and the delivery date provided to us suited us perfectly. In regards to customer service I must say I am super impressed. They provided us with regular updates and even gave us a delivery date within a couple of days which was fantastic.
I rarely right reviews but Amore definitely deserved one. Well done guys xx

Beautifully made bed delivered and assembled in record time. I must say the quality is absolutely fantastic and easily beats that of high street stores that mark the nearly 3 times more expensive. Super happy with the purchase and would be recommending this company to others.

It has by far been the best customer service we have ever experienced. We were kept updated in regards to our order and it was delivered and assembled by two friendly polite guys.

The quality of the bed is absolutely fantastic and we would definitely be buying from here again.

Great communication ahead and during purchase. I had several questions which were answered promptly, in great detail and with photo references. The order arrived very quickly for something that was custom made (around 10 days).
Assembly was very straightforward and the bed is very sturdy and well made.
