I love the bed from Amore. I went for the Curve Winged Julie Stripe Panel Lined Bed in silver velvet with ottoman storage. It is very well made and suits the room perfectly. Took a little while to arrive but was worth the wait. I couldn't find any other beds in the shops that I liked... thank you Amore.

I bought an ottoman for my daughter. It arrived packaged very well. The colour is a slate grey, which matches the headboard. The buttons finished it off. Very happy with it

I ordered a Ottoman for my bedroom from Amore, they sent me samples to choose from free of charge. Made to measure, delivered on time lovely quality matched in with everything. Very happy with the customer service would recommend to any of my friends.

I've read the reviews on this company and they seem really great, however I've tried to contact them via enquiry on their website, phone call and email with no response ???
Has anyone else had this issue, are the reviews on here correct ?

I have been waiting for my ottoman bed to be fixed which I paid for to be assembled by their team. Within a year the bed gas lever is not working. I have been chasing the customer service team to get this fixed as I cannot personally fix this myself and paid for the job to be done. I have contact them numerous times without a response and seems no one is able to pick up the phone to get any information either. I paid for this service so that the bed was correctly put together and it is now not working. This was not a cheap bed and is currently very dangerous and heavy to use. I am still waiting so please be aware the aftercare with this company as the moment is non existent and seems they just want to sell the beds.

One of the best looking beds we have owned in a while. We ordered the Bentley bed in cream maples and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful design and the build quality is extremely high.
I would absolutely recommend using them if you are after a high quality bed.

I ordered a Tiffany basketball from this company The LuxeLife London over a month ago and have not heard anything or no way to contact this company. Why is there no way to contact.

Beautiful bed. The free samples available to order from the site are very helpful in choosing the right shade and material to match the room. Everything was well packed in delivery, making sure nothing gets dirty. The headboard came in two pieces which made it easy to take up the staircase as this was my worry. The assembly instructions need to be made easier to interpret and more detailed as I found that quite tricky. Overall happy with everything else.

What was advertised and what I received could not have been more different.

Despite sending pictures that clearly showed the glaring discrepancies, customer service decided to dispute reality and generously offered me a whopping 5% discount… if I kept the item.

When I asked about returning the item, I was warned it could take up to three weeks.

Amore’s products look luxurious in their ads, but this is not what was received. Instead, the item arrived with shoddy workmanship, torn fabric, and packaging so flimsy.

The customer service. Not only was it appalling…. but they also decided to refer me to their legal department for “withholding goods” as I tried to schedule a convenient collection date.

Would not recommend - stay clear and read the negative reviews below, they are consistent.

I recently purchased the Merry Wide Headboard Panelled Stripe Bed, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision! From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell it was a high-quality product. The assembly was straightforward, and everything came well-packaged and protected.

We love the Godiva Wide Headboard Divan Ottoman Platform Top Under Storage Bed. Ayzlan accommodated our bespoke size and happily changed the colour when we asked. It looks great and is very sturdy. Should last for years. Would definitely recommend Ayzlan.

We have done online shopping before and can honestly say this has been one of the best shopping experiences we have had in a while.
We had been searching for a nice bed for a while and Ayzlan immediately caught our eye with its beautiful designs and customisation options. We requested some fabric swatches which arrived within 2 days and made it so much easier for us to make a decision colour wise.
We eventually settled for the stone plush colour and went for the Bentley bed which I must say looked gorgeous in that particular colour.
Delivery was a breeze too and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely be using this company in the future.

Website was really easy to navigate and create your own design of bed, lots of different options and also free samples to help decide on the fabric. Once the order was placed, the customer service was fantastic and the wait time was very short. I paid for assembly and the team delivered efficiently and assembled so quickly. I am so so happy with my beautiful bed and had great nights sleep since! If i need another bed i would order again! Thank you!

Our bedhead is a bespoke size, 12ft wide, 85in high. My enquiry was answered quickly and all details checked, even asking about access (which we didn't think about). If they hadn't, we would have had an issue. They had a solution and the fitters were a delight to have around. The bed, bedhead and mattress was heavy and tricky to get into place, they did a great job. I love the quality of the fabric, and the matress is one of the best we've ever had.
My bedroom has become everyone's favourite designed room. The bed makes it!

We ordered a super king Godiva bed from Ayzlan and are extremely happy with it.
The design, the fabric on the bed is just stunning. It's everything we imagined it to be if not better. Communication was really easy with the company and everything went as we expected.
In regards to delivery it was on time and delivery men were nice and professional. I would be buying another bed from here soon.
