From the prompt response to my initial inquiry, to our in-home presentation by Frank, to the installation by Dave, American was professional and courteous. Frank answered almost all of our questions before we asked them. We were also told of future contacts with customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their chairlift.

I needed a chairlift to get in my basement where the washer/dryer is and to be able to check on the burner. American Stairlifts sent a well-educated salesman, a competent installer and the chair works fine. Chairlifts are not a cheap investment, but it will let me stay in my house and I am glad I did it.

Everyone personable helpful and knew their job

While the stairlift itself is satisfactory, the internal communication within the company, particularly between the sales team and warehouse management, was lacking. As a result, the installation process, which should have taken half a day, extended to three half days.

My experience was great from start to finish. The salesman was direct and honest, and provided helpful information. The installers were punctual, courteous, efficient and got the job done in one day as promised (even came back the same evening to install an extender for the remotes). Most importantly, the stairlift itself is wonderful and has allowed us to remain in our two-story home!

I went on line to make an appointment for someone to come to my house with a quote. Eric came to my house and gave me a brochure and explained the specs and warranty in detail and to my satisfaction. He
was very professional and knowledgeable and did not
pressure me like the other company that I received a
quote from did. He also said he would be the one to
install the stairlift. He did a very good job in installing
the stairlift.
I would recommend American Stairlift because they
were very easy to deal with. They had no hidden agendas which I liked very much.

Excellent service , My chairlifts were installed as it was planned. Work was very thorough we even got an expert person from Wisconsin headquarters to oversee the installation. Very happy with the process and results. And it is made in AMERICA!!!!

The quality of the chair is great. The ability to the chair installed ASAP was amazing and the helpfulness of the staff was above the rest!

THE INSTALLERS CAME ON TIME AND DID A THOROUGH JOB. IT WORKS PERFECTLY AND HE CAME BACK A FEW DAYS LATER TO PUT ANCHORING BOLTS IN TH TOP MOUNTING BRACKET TO SECURE IT IN PLACE.
