It was an absolute pleasure doing business with American Stairlifts. They were extremely professional, kind, and experts in their field. The employees couldn't have been nicer from the first call and consultation to the quick installation and to even a follow up call by the company after it was complete, every step was so easy and we always received an immediate response. David was polite and very good at what he does

Eric was very competent, but beyond that, he made absolutely sure that we were satisfied with the installation and how he pointed out the differences in operation between our old stairlift and the new Bruno.

Install was clean and working well. Follow up was well appreciated to see if all went well and was happy.

I love my new stairlift! The company should be congratulated on their constant communication with me before dure and after installation. The actual installation took longer than estimated, 3 1/2 hours. the young man was clean, courteous, with one drawback, he was constantly on his cell phone. It is my opinion that is the reason the installation took longer.

Both Customer Service and service at my mom’s apartment were excellent! Nick was very attentive and on top of things setting up the appointment and reaching out. And Eric was great at my mom‘s location going over everything with her etc.

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the stairlift. He explained the different types of lifts in details. He answered all questions and was very respectful to us and our home. Great customer service skills.

I was so nervous and hesitant to admit I needed a stairlift due to my poor mobility. It actually was preventing me from going down the stairs alone and always terrified of falling. I saw American Stairlifts great reviews and called. Carl the sales representative was very patient and helpful in making my decision. The installation was done perfectly and they even had me go up and down using the chair numerous times knowing how nervous I was. I am writing this review now after going out to my porch on my own. The freedom this has given me as a 63 year old women who went from being depressed to feeling confident and proud to say I invested in myself. This is not just a company.
