I always buy parts. I have spent a lot of money through the years with this company. I have never get the full package of anything always missing something like stickers

Wrong part

I ordered an interior trim set part #271018 door arm trim plates for 2010-2012 mustang. Neither the website or catalog said for coupe only. I have a 2011
Convertible and the drivers door has switches for back windows. .the website checked fitment saying it would fit. Alas it does not .It should have holes for front AND back window switches. What do I do?

Well i found the rims and tires I…

Well i found the rims and tires I wanted it said everything in stock , then I checked out and paid around $2100.00 to buy what I wanted then after I paid it said 2 of the rims was out of stock , yall texted me telling me it wouldn't be able to ship my order out till January 20 2026 if they would have told me it was going to take this long to get them I would have seen if I could have found the 4 rims 4tires 4 lug nut kits 4 Tcm sincser somewhere else or waited on order them when they was back in stock . But now I paid all that money out and its going to be 4 or 5 weeks before you even ship my order out to me . No telling when I will even get my order but you got my money !

I tried to contact you at the telephone number provided, but the message stated that the telephone number was not available. I am not sure if it is because of the telephone number I was calling from.

When you initially placed your order, at that time, we were unaware that the wheels were out of stock. While we do work to have our website updated with the correct inventory, there are times where we fall short of this goal and your frustration is understandable.

We reviewed your order and we are happy to share that all of the items have shipped. The wheels are expected to be delivered on 1/12/2026, the tires are showing that they should be delivered 1/8/2026, and the lugnuts look like they are to be delivered today 1/7/2026. You have the free mounting and balancing at a local recommended shop. Once you have all of the items you ordered, you can reach out to Install Connect at (866)262-5899 and they will be happy to assist you in selecting the garage that will be able to mount and balance your wheels and tires and they will work with you and the garage on selecting a date that works for you.

Due to this situation, we issued a promotional credit to your account. This credit can be used on a future order, please note the credit is valid until 4/30/2026.

Fender liners are supposed to be OEM

Fender liners are supposed to be OEM. This is false advertisement they are basically made out of paper, super thin and a very poor product on top of me having to return them they are also charging me $50 to get a refund do not buy !!!

All I wanted was some missing BOLTS!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received from AmericanMuscle regarding my recent order. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company regarding the missing chin spoiler bolts, I have yet to receive a resolution. Representatives Chris and Kimberly assured me that I would receive a follow-up call to address this issue; however, no such communication has occurred. As a result, I am unable to install the part, and I will have to seek a remedy elsewhere by ordering the necessary bolts from Amazon. This experience has been disappointing and has hindered my overall satisfaction with AmericanMuscle.
