Not Really FREE shipping… LIARS
Free shipping and stated so I told my son I’d buy him a hood for his Mustang for Christmas. Then I go to get it and get a $200 Freight charge a little pissed. I think that’s bullshit. Free shipping this free shipping. Doing the rest of my shopping elsewhere.

Was having problems with a picture and the part I wanted to order and customer service was there to help! The picture was wrong but product was correct and that was checked through customer support. Shopping was quick and painless and I believe Jon (customer service rep), was very helpful!

Too many emails received since signing up for email communication. The rate of emails has increased since my purchase. Bombarding your customers in this manner is very counterproductive. I am seriously thinking about unsubcribing from American muscle communication.

Lies and wrong orders.
First problem order was when I ordered wheels and tires that were to be mounted and balanced. Arrived with weights missing and some threw the weights as soon as the car drove. Had to take to local shop and found all 4 wheels were balanced incorrectly.
Ordered on 11/25 an item that was listed IN STOCK with 2-3 day shipping. After nothing on the 29th, was told by customer service that it was a supplier issue, so apparently it was NOT in stock. Pretty big lie in my opinion. Then I FINALLY get shipping notification on the 4th that it will be delivered on the 9th! That is not 2-3 day shipping!
If that's how they treat Veterans and customers in general, I'll take my business elsewhere.
