I paid for 2 day shipping

I paid for 2 day shipping. I got half my package… and waiting on the other half still. Sweet so much for 2 day shipping. Annoying. Do better.

We show that your order was shipped in two packages and one was delivered within the two day shipping time frame and one unfortunately delivered a date later. In reviewing your order, both packages left our warehouse on 1/21/2026, the day you placed the order and the package with the tint kit and fuel pressure sensor was delayed a day with the carrier. We do apologize for this inconvenience.

Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your account and this can be used on a future order. Please note this credit is valid until 4/30/2026.

Be careful ordering items that say "in…

Be careful ordering items that say "in stock" its a bunch of BS, I ordered some lowering springs and it said in stock, thinking they have it in their warehouse, it said nothing about being directly shipped from vendor and its based on if they have it in stock, so I ordered the item and 3 days later I call and they said sorry sir but its out of stock at the vendor, with no ETA, so now I asked for it to be cancelled, and they said it will take 10-14 days for the process for cancellation and up to 21 days before I see a refund. Total BS, they need to stop showing items are in stock, where you think they have it in their warehouse, when they really don't. So they get your money and you dont get your part and have to wait weeks before you get your refund due to their wacky policies. Be sure to call them before you put the order in and get a guarantee that the item is available in stock in there warehouse.

We were disappointed to read that you were not satisfied with your recent order for the Eibach Pro-Kit Performance Lowering Springs and you requested the order be cancelled. Yes, while we work hard to have items shipped from our warehouse there are some orders that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In this case, these were supposed to ship to you directly from Eibach. When the order was placed, the get it by date was noted on the product page as 1/28/2026-1/31/2026. This would be the dates that we expect that you would receive the order.

Your order was placed on 1/20/2026, and you chatted in on 1/22/2026 to request a cancellation. The Chat representative shard with you that they were submitting a cancellation request and you will be refunded on or before 1/27/2026. You were refunded for the item on 1/26/2026. I do apologize that you were not initially refunded for the shipping, so I processed that refund today. I do apologize if you were informed that this would take 20 days to complete the refund as this is not the case with a cancellation request.

While we do work hard to have our website updated with the most recent inventory, there are times that we may not be informed that the item is out of stock, until we place the order with the manufacturer, We are working on making improvements to this process and we appreciate your patience with this situation.

Careful With Refunds

Refunds auto default to store credit rather than your credit card and they wont return the funds to the proper method. I've given them way to much business for them to be petty over couple hundred dollars because they want to keep the store credit. Customer service didn't help either. Stay away. Far away.

Great Service

My sales rep, Jan, helped me to find the perfect replacement for my daughter spare tire kit needs, for her Mustang. Both he and AmericanMuscle made the process easy. The product arrived on time, evean a day arly. I had great communication and updayes along the way.

When I ordered my part said it would be here Saturday and now it says it will be here Tuesday. I don't know about the actual part because I haven't received it yet. We will see how the part works when It gets here.

What was I thinking from ebay

I panicked with these new fuel injectors I got on ebay. Boy oh boy thought I couldnt be more mad with what I bought. So American Muscle is trusted to replace those fuel injectors I got on ebay. Excelent customer service

I made a purchase and had a small issue afterward, but I was assisted by Trixxy and the experience was excellent. She was very attentive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, making sure everything was resolved quickly and professionally. Her support truly made a difference and turned a small incident into a great experience. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend both her and the company.

Absolutely the worst return experience

Absolutely the worst return experience. I ordered new lights for my charger. They were the wrong ones. I requested the a return and was sent a text. After taking a minimum of 6 pictures according to their policy I finished the return waiting on a call or return label. After a few days a email arrives asking for the same pictures and return process. Again I filled it out. Now on the 9th of Jan I get an email saying my return was canceled and placed as resolved. I called on the 10th to fix this. After waiting on hold for another 15 min the lady asked me if I what to keep the lights. Mind you I'm on the phone on the request to return line. I will never use this company again.
