Ordered a kettle on the 22nd of December. Said there was a delay, now the 10th of January, still no update, no tracking available. Think this website is scam. Avoid avoid avoid

The goods are not in Derby as you would be led to believe. The payment is taken by a company sportdevicespro.com which when googled is a sports company in Barcelona. The courier company they are supposedly sending the item with has no web presence at all. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund and they said it would be in my bank within 5 days, unsurprisingly it wasn’t. I would avoid if I was you as I’ve obviously been stupid and been scammed. My bank is investigating for me.

When I ordered a printer via Google Shopping, the trust scores on scam checker sites were quite positive; however, the trust scores plunged over the following week.

When I contacted them by e-mail, the money was refunded to my credit card without any explanation.

Best avoid

If you order anything from them you will just waist your time and you will need to try get your money back through your bank.

I ordered a kettle on 1st of January 26, the listed delivery time says 2 working days for all UK deliveries. However, I was given a delivery date of 19th of January which was almost like 3 weeks from purchasing. Tried calling numerous times on the listed mobile number, both the calls and my text messages were not responded to. Emails sent to the address on the payment receipt not responded to. Managed to find another email where messages were responded to but did not provide an explanation as to why the delivery can't be made sooner and needs almost 3 weeks for the item to be delivered. Fast forward and entering into the 2nd week after purchasing they emailed saying a full refund has been made back on to the card without giving any explanation. Total shambles really in wasting my time and not fulfilling my order. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this online shop.

Definitely a scamming site... please check all the most recent reviews before making a purchase. You will realise it's a scam and not a genuine online seller... I made my purchase on low price impulse and the order was not fulfilled. Luckily I got a refund without much of a hassle, although I did waste a lot of time trying to contact them to ask why my order isn't being delivered. KEEP AWAY!

Just a scam, don't spend the money, nothing will arrive and you will need to try and get your money back from your bank.

Look at the facts before you buy.

1) their stated Derby UK address is some small back yard premises that has no signage that’s theirs on google street view. But their companies house info by the advertiser says something else!!
Other reviews have said that it’s based in the USA but the money goes to Poland. (Dodgy)
2) all of their 4-5 star reviews are by single reviews, this is potentially from bought reviews. (Dodgy)
3) all of their less scoring reviews are by people who have a number of review to their name, therefore more trusted.
4) prices are too cheap. (Dodgy)
5) mobile phone contact only. (Dodgy)
6) website opened in April 2025. (Dodgy)
7) type of random products sold, (dodgy)

Not a company based in Derby by the looks of it, I've got evidence of it being American, all the website is American, no name for the owner, new domain all set up in April 2025, It is nothing but a scam site, no response to emails sent, the courier company they use is also a scam company UK kingdom express, do not trust this site. All the good reviews are likely paid for. Scam checking websites have flagged both as scams.

How can you order from England because the company is United states

I’ve found the heater keeps the room comfortably warm without sudden shifts in temperature. It’s easy to adjust, runs quietly and feels safe to use for long periods. Energy use also seems sensible.

Very suspicious of the positive reviews here from all the people with a single review to their name.
I ordered a Bluetooth speaker at a bargain price because the website said they were based in Derby. The money was paid to somewhere in Poland.
When I enquired about the legitimacy of the outfit by email (no answer to the phone number) I got refunded.
The company seems to be associated with a design consultancy which is also odd.
Finally, the sheer oddness of the website selling bedside drawers, books and Bluetooth speakers?
Just avoid.

Every positive review is from a person with only one review, and unprompted, it looks like someone is paying for positive reviews. You can buy them for $10 a review.

Not sure if this site is legit. They are selling certain expensive electrical items for really cheap, but it’s not clear if the items are new or used. I tried to contact the company but the call was continuously busy. Also there is no clear mention of who the payment processor is etc, stripe, PayPal etc, so that’s a bit of a red flag. They may be a legitimate company but I not one I want to take a chance with.

The dishwasher handles daily loads well with consistent cleaning results and adjustable racks that make loading different items easier while keeping operation quiet enough for open kitchens

Tried to order product. At end of process a message popped up telling me something like it was a test purchase. Tried ringing [they only give a mobile number] but call unanswered and there was no voice message option. All very unusual. Left me wondering, should i cancel card etc?

The pricing is fair when compared to similar retailers and despite a small delay in shipping, the product functions without any issues.

I will probably buy again because of the clear descriptions, solid build quality and acceptable delivery time.

Purchased a new air fryer and it performs. Simple to use, energy efficient and easy to clean.

I found the prices fair, packaging solid and the return option clearly explained.
