Friendly service and very good products. The bedside table I ordered was sturdy and matched the photos well.

Unfortunately after 1 month of going back and forth by e-mail with the company and being promised 3 different delivery dates for our dishwasher, the product has still not arrived and I have had to start a chargeback claim with my Credit Card provider. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I believe that this is more than likely a scam. At the very least a poorly run business. The dishwasher I purchased was listed at half the price of the same one being sold at Argos, which seemed too good to be true. I waited a few days and did as many checks as possible before purchasing. There was no answer from the mobile number supplied, but the website and URL checked out on Google and there was only one negative review at the time on Trust Pilot, with some customers seemingly having success. The company address in derby looked ambiguous, but appeared to be some sort of warehouse. When checking the transaction on my bank statement the funds had been sent to a Lithuanian bank, based in Warsaw, Poland! I did actually receive responses to my emails after deliveries had been missed. They even offered me a 30% refund after delivery, for the inconvenience! But now it's clear that they were just stringing me along the whole time. To be honest, alarm bells were ringing at the start, when I was sent the link to their courier website to track the item, which looked completely fake and was poorly named. Even Googles AI overview suggested that the courier name 'UK Express Kingdom' was more than likely a scam. Unsurprisingly there has been no response to my request for a refund. I am just hoping that the bank can help me to get my money back. Please avoid using this website, as they have scammed me out money and wasted a lot of my time.

I Ordered a radiator the date of delivery came and went I chased them and was provided with another date, item still did not arrive, received another date offering a 30% discount when the order arrives. Date has now passed and The item has still not been delivered.
I have now raised it with my bank who are going to investigate. Don’t touch this so called company!

I gave a 2 because whilst I got some helpful emails about delays/tracking number etc, I still haven't received the item (a dishwasher) despite ordering it over a month ago, and I don't think I'm going to either! I think this website is fishy and I wouldn't buy from it again. I was able to get my money back from my bank without any issues, but I know others haven't been so lucky. Wouldn't trust this website.

Ordered a printer on 2nd January (searched for reviews and there wasn’t nothing scam related), deliver date 22nd Jan, nothing came and no answer on email or phone. The money was sent to Lumino, Warszawa, card no. 535456******4209. Don’t know what to do.
Update: after many emails, I just got a response saying I’ll get a refund in 5 days in my bank account. I’ll wait those 5 days and then will share the result.
Update 2: I didn’t receive the promised refund.

Ordered an item from them before Christmas , no show by second week in January , emailed them , they responded back ,saying they were busy with orders and would get my product by 21st of January , they would credit me 30 per cent of the sale price for the inconvenience, a week after the 21st , still no show of the item , they stopped responding
to my emails , obviously some sort of scammers . Took it up with my bank and they refunded my money. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE !!!

I ordered a Marshall Action III Speaker from this company on 9/1/26. On the website it stated 2 day delivery.
After a week I contacted them by email and was told it would take 14 WORKING days. 3 weeks is a big difference to two days.
I am now contacting my credit card company to see if I can get refund as it is now over 3 weeks, no goods and no reply from company.

Although I ordered from them and needed something urgently so had to cancel my order the customer services were amazing replied each time in less then a hour and refund straight away will definitely recommend and use again some these reviews are a bit unfair in my eyes

Awful experience, website states they aim to deliver in 2/3 days, then when I ordered a printer they sent an email stating it would be 14 working day delivery. I then got a tracking number for ukexpress who stated they would deliver by 24/01/26. It still hasnt arrived and Alsupermarket are not replying to emails and havent refunded the amount they took. Only option is to try and use Chargeback via credit card company. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Scam do not buy anything from them

Listening through the Bluetooth speaker delivers clear vocals and sufficient bass for its size. Controls are intuitive. Charging is quick. The casing feels durable for travel use.

As other have said. I ordered a printer on 3rd Jan, no sign of it, tried to email and call company several times with no response, tried contacting the delivery company with no response. Contacted bank and got transaction cancelled. When trying to cancel they had put it so it was a recurring transaction too, so be very careful, but I would not recommend these at all

I ordered 2 radiators early Jan and apparently they were dispatched on 5 Jan. Nothing to date, I have chased on email and they said they will arrive on 22 and 23 Jan but still nothing. Not getting responses to subsequent emails which I've sent and then phone number rings out. Very concerned and terrible customer service!

warning warning do not buy or order anything from alsupermarket it is just a big scam they are based in a back yard in derby i orderd a slim dish washer weeks a go big fat 0 tried to ring thier telphone number but no reply its a big scam they should not be allowed to say they can be found on trustpilot as the are not a reputable company you have been warned

Yes reasonable price, took my money, e mail delivery date, however no delivery, have tried emails to Alsupermarket, and to delivery company, also tried phoning both no luck.
I would not advise buying from this company, l now believe its just a scam, hopefully as purchased on credit card l can get my money back. 😤😤😤

Scammers! Do not buy from this company. The prices are too cheap and they don't deliver but one thing is guaranteed, they take your money. A phone call to the fraud department now.

Ordered a Marshall speaker thinking it was too good to be true. Now well past the delivery date. I've called, sent numerous texts and emails and no reply. Definitely feels like ive been scammed. Hopefully they will read this and have a back bone or an ounce of moral decentcey and issue a refund. Order number 5814.

I paid for a Bosch dishwasher with this company in 10th of Jan and it is 28th of Jan now
I am not getting a reply from this company ref delivery or anything
