Never delivered the item I ordered, now not replying to emails and phone rings out. Scammers. Having to contact credit card for refund.

I bought a hot kettle from this site on 27 December but to date it has not been delivered. They promised delivery on 15 January then 23 and nothing yet. They now dont respond to emails and they dont pick calls. I am trying to get refunded by the bank. Avoid and avoid these people. They are scammers.

WORST experience ever. Bought Delonghi Radia S radiator on 29th December! I was given a long delivery for 16th Jan instead of 2-3 days that their website states. Tried to call repeatedly on the help number given on their portal but no one answered. Finally sales team answered the email about long delivery and confirmed that it will be delivered by 16th Jan, and offered 10% discount in delivery. Delivery day arrived and no news of the item. When followed up via email, I was given another delivery date as 22nd Jan and 30% discount discount on delivery. After this they completely stooped replying via email and no news about the item. Reported to bank, waiting for refund. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOOTERS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Please do not purchase from this 'company'...
When I googled, all the reviews where raging and I'm so stupid I didn't look into it further 😔 I'm now £200 down and have had to raise a dispute via the bank.
Please avoid it at all costs.

Please do some ground work before ordering from this company. I am not sure if they are genuine or if I have been scammed. I purchased a dishwasher on 6th of January after my other one died on me but I've never received it. The tracking number is false, no one answers the phone and my pleas for a response from them have gone unanswered. Three weeks is a long time to go without a dishwasher when you are used to having one. Now I don't no what to do. If I purchase another one from somewhere else and this one does eventually turn up will I be able to refuse it and get a refund? Just don't know where i stand. I can only recommend that you shop elsewhere and avoid this company.
UPDATE
Its now 1st February and I have still not received my dishwasher. Tracking number is false, phone number is false, my emails to them are ignored. Good reviews on here are also false. It doesn't take a detective to see why. They are all from people with only 1 review. It is so cruel what this company are doing.I will now be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Looked at reviews when ordering seamed good but products never arrived. No communication and no product

Be careful! This company delayed and delayed, then refunded.. however, the next day I had a bank impersonation phone scam call who had some card details. Some cockney idiot who was semi believable until he started chatting about WhatsApp and crypto! This is the only site I’d used the card on. I have reported them officially.

When I ordered in Dec, reviews was at 4.5 stars , looking now they 3.1 and I know why. My order has been promised since 5th Jan, then 16th then 22nd, nothing has come,and all communication has stopped. Should of been a hint when they said if you except delay we will refund 10% , then the 3rd email 30% . Dont order i think all good reviews are fake. Im Claiming money back through bank!! Waste of time trying to call or email

SCAM!!!! AVOID!!! Purchased a dishwasher that never came.

Ordered and item didn't arrive as delivery suggested. Was given a date after emailing them. In the day of delivery date was moved again. The company leads you to believe they are based in Derby but they are not. The delivery company they supposedly use is Chinese. And the name of payment is random. Have raised a refund with my credit card. They keep asking you to wait and offer discounts once receive item.

I ordered a new dishwasher on Xmas eve I’m a single mum with 3 disabled kids so I had to save for this iteam.I here nothing for 2 weeks so I called my bank to get my money back.they just so happens to contact me on the same day to deliver the following Friday.wich they never did SCAMMERS take your money leave it that long visa have to refund then they take ur money stay well clear I’ll never receive your iteam there in Poland 🇵🇱

Scammers have had to ask my bank to investigate, they took my money and never gave me my item which I ordered nearly a month ago. I looked for their payment in my bank which is registered as LUMINO so I googled them and they are a Spanish company in Spain, BEWARE SCAMMERS their positive feedback is fake and written by them.

Item was not delivered and still waiting for my refund. Avoid at all costs!
