Scam. Purchased Bosch dishwasher. Email received to say it would be delayed circa 2 weeks. Item did not arrive on new due date. Phone not answered on # ending 7416. Emails about new delivery go unanswered. Scam
Only buy through credit card if you do decide to purchase, and get your money back when they fail to deliver.

Scam site. Ordered printer but never arrived. Asked for refund but got no reply. Can only request for dispute from bank as a last resort.
Don't know why they still have the guts to run this website.

As others are saying, the service is atrocious. Item not received, and although my first email enquiry was answered, the second delivery date has also been missed. No reply to second email chaser, and tracking still not moved beyond 'item despatched' more than a month after placing the order. Now proceeding with a claim through my bank.

Same story as the rest ordered via credit card received an email confirming the order and a delivery date, the delivery date was then moved by one week, since then nothing, no answer to numerous emails and telephone calls.
This showed up on my bill to Polish company, but thankfully my provider were exceptional and refunded the money taking by these scammers, may they rot in hell.

Scam scam scam. Do not fall for the cheap price. It’s all scam. I ordered dishwasher. Never arrived . They don’t answer the phone and no response back from emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE

I feel silly that I've been scammed as I am normally so aware of scam sites etc. Please do not buy from them. And the old saying is true ' if it's too good to be true....'.

My experience echos everyone else's; delayed delivery, promise of partial refund, then ghosted. Thankfully I paid via credit card so can open a dispute.

The people running this should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

ALsupermarket MUST at all costs to you be avoided it is a scam site, I just lost £79.00 pound waiting for an Epsom printer that never arrived the I asked for a complete refund the zombie at the other end replied okay your money will be funded in 5 working days. That date has been and gone still not money has been returned. so you have been warned I wish I had read some of the replies on Trust pilot before I did the transaction.

From the moment I placed the order, everything went smoothly. The process was simple and well organized and the item arrived on time, carefully packaged and in perfect condition.

If I could I would give a zero star rating! In late December 2025 I ordered online and paid for by credit card a printer from Alsupermarket but was surprised to find my payment had been made to Marcin Hoff. The invoice received from Marcin Hoff did not confirm the nature of the item ordered, just an order number. Alarm bells were starting to ring in the far distance! However, I had previously checked to see if Alsupermarket was legit and it indeed seemed to be. I was also somewhat reassured to receive a confirmatory email to say my order had been dispatched, giving the link to the courier's website (Ukexpresskingdom.com) with a tracking link and estimated delivery date of 14th January 2026. As my order had not materialised I clicked on the link which informed me "order on its way". I tried phoning Alsupermarket several times but no-one ever answered. The last time I called a voicemail told me to send a text message, which I did, but of course received no reply. I have twice contacted the courier service via their online contact form to ascertain where my printer might be on its journey to me but again no reply. I then contacted my credit card company to explain my dilemma and that I seem to have been scammed. My faith in humanity was restored when I received an immediate reply to my online Chargeback application from my credit card company and a full refund. Please avoid this company and their associates - do not be fooled as I was!

Alsupermarket.com is a scam.

The website’s terms and conditions falsely claim that the business is registered in the United Kingdom. In reality, the merchant is based in Krotoszyn, a town in Poland.

The site also states that its head office is located at Unit 5, Leacroft Court, Leacroft Road, Derby, DE23 8HT. This claim is demonstrably false. That address is occupied by an unrelated company providing vehicle servicing under the name QUBE Accident Repairs Limited.

Additionally, transactions made on the website are processed under merchant category code 7372, which is designated for computer programming, integrated systems design, and data processing services. This is clearly inconsistent with the products advertised, which are domestic household goods, and is a strong indicator of misrepresentation.

I am a cybersecurity and computer forensics analyst. Based on these findings, I strongly advise against using this website. Do not provide any personal information and do not make any payments to this merchant.

A member of my immediate family was personally scammed by this website, resulting in financial loss. This is not a theoretical or speculative concern, it is based on direct, first-hand experience.

Did not deliver on ordered item responded to initial chase but then no longer responding to contact. Having to initiate section 75 with credit card.

Had checked trust pilot prior to order and seemed legit- now so many similar reviews and trust pilot stating website mis-using their rating. Avoid.

This company is a scam. I strongly advise to stay away.
I purchased a printer on 12 January, attracted by the unusually low price. After five days with no update to the delivery status, I contacted the company by email. I was then told that the printer would be delivered on 31 January, and that the driver would call two hours before delivery.
Since then, no delivery has been made, there has been no change on the tracking/delivery website, and no printer has been received. I have sent several follow-up emails with no response, and the mobile number listed on the website is never answered.
Based on the lack of communication, false delivery assurances, and failure to supply the product, I have no doubt that this is a fraudulent operation.
