Definitely scam. My story same as most reviews. I ordered and paid for a dishwasher but it never arrived and emails unanswered. Please report them where possible.

Placed an order from them for £79-99, after repeated e-mails without reply I’ve had to get my bank involved, shocking company with no scruples, steer well clear folks.

Warning DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I ordered a printer from them in January but despite being told the printer would arrive it has not. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails. They have found a way to steal from customers

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They promise lots and give nothing. You'll no doubt receive emails offering you even more discount when your product doesn't arrive on time. Rest assured, it will never arrive.

Ordered a dishwasher, was not delivered on date specified. When I emailed, they apologised and offered a discount for late delivery. Dishwasher still not arrived and now no contact from the company to my emails! They state on their website they have five stars with Trustpilot which is obviously a lie. AVOID!!!!

Scam company. They take your money and promise delivery within 3 weeks with a fake tracking number via a fake delivery company. They then send an email closer to the time apologising for the delay and offering discount or full refund. When you request the refund they approve it and promise a full refund within 5 days. After that you never hear from them again! From the reviews it looks like so many people have been scammed. How do you report a company like this?! They seem to be still operating and taking people's money! All the positive reviews are from fake accounts with single reviews! Wish I noticed this before!!!!

I placed an order on the 9th of January2026. After a while I enquire by email of my expected delivery date. I was informed 29th January. I never received the goods on the 29th. I emailed again, I was given a new delivery date of the 7th of February, again I never received the order. I sent emails to enquire of the latest status. There were no replies. I rang on numerous occasions, the phone rings but cuts off, doesn't go to answer.
People, please do not use this company.
I placed my order online with Alsupermarket, the money was actually taken by a company called Fridgeeuroshop.com. Buyer beware.

This company is a scam! - check alsupermarket on google before buying anything.

They just take your money, via another company, you get a post tracking email from another bogus delivery company that says your label has been created and your shipment ( a printer in my case) is on its way but it will never arrive. No response to emails etc.

Avoid like the plague!

Printer ordered, nothing delivered, emails not answered, customer service number never answered. Scam. Bank is looking into it . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not registered, they don’t exist.

Ordered printer money taken, never received item. Emailed said busy would receive it by 21st January 2026. Today 12th February. Still no sign or responses. Terrible company.

Initial reviews looked ropey but legitimate but was still uneasy ordering an Epson Inkjet Tank Printer, and so paid with my credit card. Initially replied to my queries to stall but then nothing. I've claimed on my credit card and bought one from Argos.

Should be zero stars - it’s just a scam - they don’t deliver - they respond the first time and they say delivery is delayed. Once the delivery date passes they don’t answer emails. The phone number is a mobile - this is a red flag that I didn’t notice. Anyway my credit card company will now refund it. BE AWARE AND DON’T USE THEM!

Absolute scam!
Didn’t sent my item, I chased after the delivery information didn’t update. They were quick to reply and tell me I’d receive a refund - it never came. My bank is processing the claim now.

All of the good reviews of this company are from bots.

Same as many others I ordered a dishwasher they wont reply, payment has gone to a Polish company and the couriers haven't had anything delivered to them.

Lets get this mob closed down.

Scam. Money taken by Smart Devices. Never received the dish washer and no reply to my emails. The delivery company UKexpresskingdom do not recognise my tracking number so no help there. My bank have been very helpful and have refunded my money.

Bought a printer 3 weeks ago. Promised it would arrive on a certain date. Nothing. Emails give you a generic response saying they will refund 10%. Doesnt happen. Im still waiting. No one answers phone or emails

Run from there be4 u check out never again and I am still chasing to get my money back
