I initially worked with another mortgage broker before reaching out to When The Bank Says No. Unfortunately, my previous broker struggled to secure me a mortgage due to my credit rating. I had an outstanding Parking Charge from 2021, which I was unaware of and this had resulted in a CCJ.

Rachel, Mayank, and Faith supported us throughout the entire journey, keeping us informed at every step. What I appreciated most was their reliability. If I called for an update and they were unavailable, I was promised a call back, and that promise was always kept.
