I have been using this for a while and I have received an amount of cash back to use for reducing mobile cost. I'm not liking the links to certain retailers though, I've tried but not been successful on the 3 links I have tried to use so ive given up on them. There are not many local retailers, great for London but not the North. I'll carry on using but it's nothing spectacular just a few pennies here and there.

We also hear you on the regional retail selection! Expanding our variety of retailers is something we really care about. It simply doesn’t work, don’t waist your time!
It simply doesn’t work. You can’t speak to a human, chat AI service online and received a responses back from a human once or twice but these are followed by AI reply’s.
I’m disabled and thought this would be simple but it’s not and doesn’t work which frustrates me and I found myself wasting lots of time getting angry and more frustrated, even writing this is making me cross with myself.
If you only purchase in Boots stores it works but everything else just forget it and do not bother with the Airtime responses to reviews as they are nonsense. Save yourself and just find the best price you can and save money in a piggy bank and no frustration in future!

Hearing that using our service has caused you stress, especially when you were hoping for a simple, accessible experience. You should never feel stuck in a loop with AI when you just want to speak to a real person.
We want to fix this and ensure and ensure your concerns are addressed. We have sent a secure request through Trust Pilot asking for a few of your account details so we can locate your profile and investigate why your non Boots purchases are failing to track.
Once you reply to that request:
A real person from our support team will take ownership of your issue.
We will communicate with you directly via email.
We will do everything we can to trace your missing rewards and get your account working smoothly.
Please take your time, and reply to our private message so we can get to work on making this right for you.

To be honest I used to love the App but these days nothing tracks correctly and I have numerous missing transactions. EBay tracks on one transaction out of 11 and not even correct value. Think the App tracking has issues.
Now I know they are taking the mick, I get in touch and the reply received 5 days later is we hope we resolved your query. RESOLVED??? YOUR HAVING A LAUGH YOU HAVEN'T EVEN HAD THE DECENCY TO ANSWER
Reply received asking for details but form on app won't accept all photographs at one time. So far a total of 12 transactions with EBay not tracked.

Where did it go?
My first 2 £5 that I accumulated deducted from my phone bill but my third just disappeared. I tried contacting them but had no response. I appreciate that if you spend you save but I found myself spending to save, which defeats the object especially when my £5 goes into the ether! Not a fan. Now I’m scared that my other savings will disappear

Doesn’t work properly for me!
Although it’s a bonus accumulating cashback on certain purchases so no complaint there, however I can not redeem it to my particular mobile provider and have to continually email customer support to redeem to my PayPal account!

I honestly don’t know why more people don’t use Airtime. I have suggested it to many people I know and they look at me like I’m mad! I explain how it works but it doesn’t help.
The only negative for me is how long it takes for the money to clear but in the scheme of things it’s no biggy.

A good way to save money on my phone bill which in today’s time every penny counts and if a can get a few free phone bills I’m happy. There’s still some High Street shops that don’t participate like Seasalt or M&S my favourite 2 shops. Keep up the good work Airtime so I can get the occasional free phone bills

I'm really enjoying this app!! I've saved around £60+ on my phone bill so far. All you have to do is link your cards and it works in the background so you don't really have to think about it. I've barely had to pay full price for my phone bill since using it. It's really easy to redeem too and there's a generous amount of retailers who participate, including everyday high street stores, like Boots for example. I really appreciate this app and I'm so thankful to be able to save money in this day and age :)
