Thank you for taking time to send us a review. We understand that you had issues placing an order through our wholesale division, as your account had not met the minimum requirements needed to qualify as a wholesale account. From time to time things do slip through the cracks, however it has always been part of our requirements to maintain a certain dollar amount yearly to remain active. The last time your account met the requirements was in 2015. Should a wholesale account not meet the amount and/or want to add to their order, they can opt to accept an up-charge. All communications that were sent to our customer service team have been received and responded to. The most recent email, which was sent on 12/2/2019 at 4:56PM CST will be addressed today, as we typically are able to get responses back in 24 hours or less. If you no longer have your welcome guide from when you opened your account, please let our team know so we can send you a new one. Should you choose to keep your account closed and purchase else where as noted in your email, we do understand and wish you the best with your business.

NEVER have I had better customer service than I received from Jesse.
This is my experience with your company:
10-21-19
2:59...Emailed Aiden Grey regarding a part I needed for a fixture.
3:05...Jesse called me and made sure he understood my problem and said he would get back to me.
3:15...Jesse called back and had located the part. He said he would personally pick it up the next morning and have it shipped at no charge and would let me know the tracking number.
10-22-19
10:46...received an email from Jesse letting me know the part was on the way and the tracking number.
Customer service doesn't get any better than that.
I understand my problem was small but because of Jesse's attention it stayed small.
I own an automobile dealership in California would love to hire a dozen just like him. If he ever wants to move to California he's got a job.

Waiting on Backorder
Have been waiting for months for my order. First with a store, where I was told that the Aiden gray rep said it would be 2 weeks. After 4 months I cancelled, got my money back, and ordered online with you. Salesperson told me the items would probably be in in a month. I ordered online and the receipt said April of 2020!!! Only because I love your products am I waiting. Not good customer service. You need to be honest with your customers!

I love Aidan Gray products.I have several chandeliers of his in my house, candlesticks, planter urns, a mirror, a sideboard, and my next purchase will be the French iron Urn Planter. Love yalls products and costumer service for trade members! If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to better organize the site so I can view all chairs or all lighting instead of bouncing around from the lux and everyday--would make shopping go a lot quicker!
