Lack of communication
I placed an order and was never notified that the item would not be in stock for three months. It was not until I checked on the order two weeks after purchase that I was informed. I have requested a refund and not heard back.

The website should give the measurements including the shade.
Your product description for the Abella buffet lamp lists the height of the lamp as 34.75 inches. However that does not include the height of the lamp shade making the overall height of the lamp about 40 inches which makes a big difference. We never would have ordered a lamp of that height. The description is misleading.

My past 2 orders have been wrong and…
My past 2 orders have been wrong and have taken multiple phone calls over a 2 and 4 week period. The product is great but be ready to spend a lot of time fixing your order. For example, the first order I had to remedy took over 10 phone calls and 4 weeks.

The promotion that was ran during the time the order was placed involved purchasing standard items for X amount of dollars allowing you to get X amount of dollars towards retired items on the order. It does not appear that any retired items are on your order, however, our Director of Sales will be reaching out to see if you would like any of those items. The product arrived in packaging fit for a warehouse not for a clean home. I will be chasing those tiny white foam pieces for months.
The lamps were to be put together. No mention of that on the website. Should have come with a dealers discount for the work required

We apologize that you were unaware assembly was required for the lamps you ordered. Most lamps do require assembly with the shade, harp, and finial; however floor lamps can require additional assembly due to the base poles used to give them their height. We try to ship most of our products in the smallest secure packaging possible, which allows them to ship ground instead of freight keeping costs down. We will take your suggestion into consideration to note this on products. Unfortunately, we cannot remove the foam packaging, as the foam is used to prevent damage, so your items arrive to you safely. Although you disliked our packaging, we truly hope that your new Marshal Floor lamps look stunning in your home.

After the order was placed but well…
After the order was placed but well before shipment, I contacted customer service to change the ship to address on the order. Unfortunately, I did not note the CSR's name. I was told that I would be called back to ensure the ship to address was changed on the order. She did contact me and told me that the shipping address had been changed and there wouldn't be a problem with the shipment. Unfortunately, that did not happen and the shipment went to the wrong address.
