You have a great selection of quality items, but as a small business owner I just cannot afford to accept your freight terms. I tried to order a $375 item that weighed 31 pounds and you quoted me $145 shipping charge (which I would never be able to recover from my clients even at reselling at full retail).

It appears we may not be a good fit for each other.

UPDATE: AGH replied to my review above which I have recaptured below. I contacted UPS this morning to get a quote and was quoted $41.20 shipping including insurance, etc. I still stand by my review and opinion as stated above:

Thank you for your review. Per our account guidelines, shipping for ground is based on the price of the item, which what you ordered was almost $800 prior to the sale you got. However; we understand that since you were paying less than the actual cost, the shipping to cost ratio seemed high especially since you were looking at the weight. We ship ground based on cost, because should the item get damaged, we want to make sure that we are able to get you a replacement or refund. Per your request, we cancelled your order. Please note that you do have the option to ship using your own carrier in the future, should you decide to order again.

I placed an order. Never saw a confirmation email. Emailed customer service. No response.

I ordered my wife an antique coffee table for a gift on 5/11. We live in Frisco, thought the easiest option would be to pickup at the warehouse. After six calls, ( the individual who I have connected with ( twice) was very friendly), attempting to schedule a pickup date. Thus far, still no response from the warehouse.

Excellent company. Love all of your lighting and furniture.

Advertised all sale merchandise is 50% off your price, I ordered two of something and they should have been the cost of one with the 50% off and they doubled it and when I spoke to the rep about clarity on the 50% off of my price she was not truthful about the pricing so from now on it is best to call showroom for specifics, they are always great about details. Shipped quickly but I am not sure they are being honorable on the 50% off sale.

Need to get rid of Burke decor..waited a month to get lamps & after canceled & order from Aiden Gray Burke decor lamps came the same day. Called American Express to refund my money from Burke decor. Now waiting to find out how to send the lamps back I cancelled. Don’t need 4 lamps...horrible experience. Very time consuming because of all the emails and phone calls that had to be made. Most ironic is the day I cancelled the lamps Burke decor said it would be another couple of days before they could tell me the status of lamps!!!!!and then WOW show up. All documented with American Express who has refunded my money from Burke decor...very very suspicious.
