Africhange is user-friendly and I always complete my transactions seamlessly. I will stick with the platform for a long time. One major improvement that is needed is the daily limit on transfers to my Canadian bank accounts. I mostly move large amounts for a project I am currently doing and the daily limit is causing me unnecessary delays.

Complain and it was sorted ASAP
Although my 15-point referral bonus was reduced to 5 points, I complained about it, and it was resolved. The rate and service delivery are top-notch, highly recommended.

Great customer service and fast account verification – highly recommended!
I recently had some concerns with a delayed response on my Africhange account, but I’m really impressed with how the team handled it.
Emmanuel Oremiloye from the Customer Experience team reached out personally, verified my account right away, and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. He assured me they’re committed to improving the experience, and I appreciate the proactive approach.
They’ve also added my details for the upcoming 10-naira-per-dollar/GBP promo next week, which shows they value their customers.
The platform itself is straightforward for sending money (especially CAD/GBP to Naira), with competitive rates. Issues can happen with any service, but Africhange’s team has turned my experience around quickly.
