The ceo was clearly understood and the other person helped me understand the program and how it works and helpful hints that helps me and after one year I will have pretty good choices to go with but not if my agent says it's a good choice all of this is designed to help me for a great future 😊

Worked with Matthew who was quite helpful. I had mistakenly signed up with another company who did not have my best interests in mind. He explained in detail what the differences were between the two companies and how to negotiate my way out of the contract. I feel Americor understood my hardship and will work towards repaying my creditors. Matthew made an embarrassing situation seem not so bad and the fact that they will stand by me during the process is extremely comforting. I can’t thank you enough for feeling relieved and ready to move forward!

The staff member the I spoke to was great answered all my questions, and explained how thy could help me and what the process was going to be in a way that was easy to understand and have gotten the process started right a way to help me get out of debt, at least that has been my experience so far having only been with them for a week.

My whole experience has been amazing thus far. From the very first phone call, to the webinar. I have felt nothing but compassion, understanding, seen, heard and patience. My consultant, LaJuan, was absolutely amazing. He never pressured me into anything which I greatly appreciated. He was super informative about everything and trying to make me feel as comfortable as possible about whatever decision I chose to make. On top of that, many times he refrained from being an agent and just became a person I could genuinely talk to. He listened to want I was looking and hoping for, he heard my concerns, he answered every question I asked and he genuinely cared about my situation and about me as a person. The live webinar I thought was super beneficial. I loved how it was broken down into sections and explained in simple terms for the best understanding of the procress and information being provided. Then after each section, there was a decent pause to answer any questions about said section before moving forward rather than waiting all the way until the end. They're very transparent about what is going on, they prioritize your comfort. They have literally done everything they can to set you up for success and provide all the tools needed to stay on track while still being flexible to make things work for you. I was super nervous at first, now I feel so comfortable and trusting of them and their program, I will never ever go through anywhere else if I ever need help again. LaJuan will be my first call.
