My husband and I are just getting started. Our 1st deposit is being ACH'd on 6/26/26. Even though we are not truly "in the tick of things" just yet, it's important to let you know that we already feel like we can breath a little bit. That we're getting help. Doing something. Our initial contact was with Ryan Lang (Americor) and he is absolutely the best human I've had the pleasure speaking with in a very long time. He LISTENED! He really seemed like he genuinely wants to help people, not just meet a quota of newly signed accounts! That made us feel cared about! I enrolled in the Advantage Law Program in August 2022 with a 48-month term and recently completed the program in my 45th month after deciding to pay off the remaining balance early. Overall, my experience was positive, and I’m glad I chose this path to become debt-free.

At the start, I had 10 credit cards totaling approximately $33,000. Through the program, these balances were successfully negotiated down to about $19,000, along with a 15% service fee (around $6,000), which is standard for most consolidation and negotiation programs and was built into my monthly payments. In total, I saved about $7,000 in principal, not including the interest I no longer had to pay.

What Worked Well
One of the biggest benefits of the program was the support from their team. Whenever I called, representatives were professional, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions. Additionally, the few times (2–3 occasions) I had to go to court, their attorneys were present and represented me, which gave me peace of mind.

After completing the program and paying off the balance, Advantage Law was very professional in closing out my account. They provided all necessary documentation for my records and instructions for submitting updates to the three credit bureaus. They also sent confirmation letters showing that my debts were satisfied.

Important Lessons & Considerations
While my overall experience was good, there were a couple of points future clients should be aware of:

Delayed Results: I didn’t begin to see noticeable progress until about 12–15 months into the program, when my first credit card was settled. This requires patience and trust in the process.

Program Term Flexibility: One key detail in the fine print is that the program length is an estimate, not a strict end date. In my experience, there’s a possibility that the term can be extended depending on payments and negotiations. While I understand they are a business, it’s important to actively manage your timeline.

To avoid any surprises, I strongly recommend being proactive during the last 12–15 months of your program. Communicate clearly—by phone, email, and written correspondence—about your desired completion date. Staying consistent and assertive ensures your goals are met within your expected timeframe.

Be disciplined with your finances

Stay patient during the early stages

Be proactive in communication

Have a clear game plan—and stick to it

Final Thoughts

Ultimately, I am grateful for the Advantage Law Program. They helped me reduce my debt, eliminate costly interest, and successfully become debt-free. While the process requires commitment and attention, the end result is worth it.

I would highly recommend this program to anyone serious about resolving their debt—just be sure to stay engaged, informed, and proactive throughout the journey.
