When you get them on the phone they will do everything to help
It was a rough start to the conversation as the team member couldn’t tell why I was returning the call. Got a missed call from a team member, than got and email for me to call back and when I did he wasn’t able to tell what the call could have been for. After a while of research he thinks he figured it out. Hopefully that was what the call was for.

Making an embarrassing situation seem ok
Worked with Matthew who was quite helpful. I had mistakenly signed up with another company who did not have my best interests in mind. He explained in detail what the differences were between the two companies and how to negotiate my way out of the contract. I feel Americor understood my hardship and will work towards repaying my creditors. Matthew made an embarrassing situation seem not so bad and the fact that they will stand by me during the process is extremely comforting. I can’t thank you enough for feeling relieved and ready to move forward!
