Total waste of £8000

I have to return here and leave my honest review of my experience with ad clients, I feel like I wasted £7000 plus. Here’s why… I started to build a webinar that took weeks and hours of refinement, when I needed support (at weekends as I was working a 9-5 at the same time) I was told there is no support on weekends and I can submit questions. This was impossible and unreasonable for the high ticket I paid. The idea of support is you sat on a zoom call for a long period of time (once a week on a Wednesday) waiting for one person to manually answer and review every person on that call. Very slow and clunky for £7000. Impossible to gain any real traction. The follow up was shocking. Actually zero until I complained, nobody had any idea where my progress was or if I had actually had any sort of result whatsoever. They then offered me a chance to work with them and do It all again for another time period which was undesirable after I complained. I had already over spent the money to build my company for this massive high ticket (they also don’t tell you the payments are considerably higher by not including big vat percentages on at the front end which just appear as they send you the first invoice so actually came in more like 8k. I had a half baked webinar after months of slow support and struggling, a massive ad spend on YouTube ads and couldn’t continue. They will say they offered to work with me which is a rubbish guarantee after an undesirable experience and pumping massive amounts of money and faith into them, it’s the last thing you want to do as you’ve already seen how it’s gone previously. I had no choice but to pivot and do something more cost effective with proper support. They just basically did the bare minimum, went totally silent and had no duty of care to someone who invested £8000 plus into their venture. Also to be noted that once your initial time period is over, they even retract the zoom call recordings with the ‘advice and support’ that you paid £7000 for, a couple of zoom call recordings. I paid $12 for things that earned me £5000 within a day. This is overpriced massively underdelivering. This is just honest and I’m sure the company would value my feedback. Just to pre empt any replies my name is Gareth Bishop and I did purchase this package I have the receipts for the thousands that didn’t benefit me or my family in the slightest. Iraklis was my manager and he was a lovely guy which is nice but business wise this thing didn’t work. If you guys do see this and would like to offer me something to make this right I would be the first to share that publicly with gratitude. The webinar sequence was ineffective, overpriced and under supported. It’s been a could of years granted but after seeing loads of marketing fly into my inbox it’s only right I share what actually happened to me. With love. This is a great company with sincere…

This is a great company with sincere and knowledgeable people able to help in all aspects of setting up and managing the funnel. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I don't think it's well suited for people like me who were starting from scratch with no existing market. So, everything took much longer to do.

Beware of Plagiarist's

I contacted Jon regarding my coaching idea and was placed on numerous calls with his right hand man (Justin) after discussing all of the details of my idea and creating the avatar I was accepted to go into the programme. Although it was around £15000 I thought it would be worth it if meant changing my financial circumstances. Then all of a sudden no contact. Through my own due diligence I found out they had stolen and developed my idea!! My coaching idea was/is very unique brought about by my own circumstances and experience. I spent a lot of time on it as well as money so to have my idea ripped off by a self confessed millionaire is despicable. You have people with great ideas that come to you for help as to change their lives for the better and you take their ideas and develop them yourself for financial gain. I won’t be letting this go. It’s amazing what you can find out using companies house. Beware people. Make him sign a NDA before discussing your ideas with him and his team.

As always we appreciate any feedback given to us. However your review is somewhat confusing. We haven't actually worked with you as a client and to say that we have "stolen your idea" simply isn't true.

We have not changed our programme and offering for a while now as it already works so well. If you spoke with Justin in January there is no way that we would have implemented or changed our programme based on your conversation.

If you are able to give me more information I would be more than happy to delve into this a little more for you to find out where your confusion on this matter has come from

Great Experience..

Great Experience... Good team. I can say that my account manager Lauren and the team at AdClient like Andrew, Pete, Jordan and Janice - The ones that I worked with are just genuine people..

As I can imagine that many of you maybe looking for some insights as you probably seen Jon's content online and are wondering what the behind the scene at the Elite program is going to be like.

I can say The Behind The Scene has been great.. Lots of hand holding involved from the team ,and you will not feel alone in the journey.

I Could NOT Be Any Happier!!! This Team Is THE BEST!!!

I honestly could not be any happier with the decision I made to procure coaching support from the AdClients team! Words truly can't express how amazing they are as people, how professional they are, how competent they are, how superb their training material is, and how excellent all of their reviews-and-refinements are to developed products. I am being 100% serious, this team is the best! I have zero regrets for the investment I made to obtain their support. Level of support is great

Level of support is great. Everything is broken down into bite-size chunks and steps in a really systematic way which is easier to follow. All of the team so far have been really personable and friendly. The feedback they’ve given to me on all of the work I’ve submitted has been Really practicable and useful.

Ready to scale and get in front of your ideal clients

I wanted to be able to construct and host professional webinars that get in front of my ideal client. What I learned with Adclients was a full package, taught by a team who are not only experts in their field but they know how to teach you what you need to know.

I was looking for a turn-key solution…

I was looking for a turn-key solution to launch my coaching business and ADClients was pure gold. Their system is second to none. It covers everything you need to execute your program from start to finish. The support I’ve received from the team so far has been extremely professional and prompt. I love the built-in accountability they provide to keep me on track. They are so good that I advised two other coaches to use them. Thanks AdClients

This company is so rigid and…

This company is so rigid and unreasonable. I canceled my purchase and waiting for the refund.

In this case, I just need to get one piece of the product earlier, as I need it to handle clients sooner. This piece of the product is scheduled to be released in about 10 working days.

But, it rejected my very reasonable request to the point that I felt that this company is super crude, has a deep sense of disrespect, and has a strong sense of arrogance.

It is shocking that this company just can not sense that its client need help and just need a little bit of flexibility. It is truly shocking!

Another thing is extremely irritating - they also did not explain their decision.

Very rude, rigid, and dictative!

I will never want to deal with a company acting like a dictator - way above its clients without any ability to listen to them.

****Additional comments on the Company's Response:

The company's response again showed the rigidness and arrogance. I paid for the program. As I have few clients' conversations ahead of the date of release, I requested to get certain information earlier.

How does this request is unfair to other clients, who likely do not have a similar situation?

The real issue is this company's arrogance. The company does not care about its client's specific needs. It above its clients.

As for the personal attack, it is really low. I am proudly say that again: "I paid for the program. Can I get part of the info a littler earlier?" I was shocked the answer was an immediately no. So, I asked again: "Did I pay for it?"

The personal attack on the above statement was really sad!

Thank you for your review. As a company we always welcome constructive feedback however in this case we feel the need to interject here.
When purchasing our Sales Accelerator programme you were made fully aware that the course itself starts on 10th Jan. And that materials and training would be made available at this time too.
Catherine explained to you on the call the reason behind this is the training is needed to run along side the product you requested.
Giving you the materials early would also not be fair to all of the other clients who have enrolled and are patiently waiting until the 10th January to start the programme.
Also, as a note - from looking at the call you had with our client manager and the interaction you had with her - I am afraid that we at Ad Clients do not wish to work with people that shout at our staff and make demands, and use statements like "I paid for you".
I'm afraid it wouldn't be a good fit for us and this is why we happily issued you a refund right away.
We of course wish you the best of luck in your endeavours

Totally Committed To What Is Possible!

I first met Jon online and attended AdClients Bootcamp in 2/2024. I instantly connected with what he spoke about and how this marketing system matched my 'lifestyle.' Lifestyle was the keyword for me. The idea of an automated webinar working for me was exciting and I wanted that result. I was very clear that I needed more support so I am currently participating in their 90-day program. The consistent direction and support I am receiving has been AMAZING! Bringing the AdClients coaching experience shines a specific light on what I am creating so I can fine tune my webinar for the most successful results possible... and that wouldn't have happened with just me even doing my best and trying to learn on the Google or YouTube campus. I look forward to what is truly possible once I launch and the results I KNOW that are coming my way!

Great team of people doing a great job…

I've been a fan of Jon Penberthy and AdClients for a few years now, and everyone there seems so happy, chilled, and motivated. Every point of contact I’ve had has exceeded my expectations. The quality and integrity of the people providing the training is excellent and I believe the quality, content and delivery of what these guys know (and all seem pretty passionate about sharing) is going to get me to where I need to be, in the shortest possible time. I think these guys, together with their fantastic software platform, ‘Funnelr’ are going to be the force to be reckoned with in this space in years to come. In a world where it’s hard to ‘pick the diamonds from the digital dust’ these guys are shining brightly. Keep up the good work!

A lot of quality people doing quality work...

AdClients provides a lot of value for the price...they're sharing a ton of detail on how to get it done, step by step. I totally disagree with the review below titled "don't deal with them"...sounds like a jealous competitor. It would take a ton of time to pull all this together for yourself and be highly stressful because of uncertainty. AdClients builds your confidence in taking the next steps they provide that you would not have if doing it alone. They're providing a solid service of funnel building information...especially for those who know they're craft but don't know or dislike "marketing".
Given the nature of activities, some of the content gets "outdated" (such as procedural steps to follow with various online tools or pricing). They do work at keeping things updated and are responsive to things brought to their attention.
It would have taken forever to get this all lined up on my own...well worth the spend and savings of time.
Just make sure you have the time and ready to invest it in your business when you decide to move forward!
