I don't recommend
I watched Molly's webinar and decided not to pursue her mentorship as she didn't explain what rent to rent is... in a webinar about starting a rent to rent business. While I understand, from her reply to this review, that the webinar is meant to explain rent to rent in a structured way for beginners, I don't personally believe that the webinar achieved this as there was no mention of how rent to rent actually works. I would expect (at the very least) an explanation of what rent to rent is if the webinar is aimed at beginners.
Following the webinar, I received the fake scarcity emails other people did- which I really didn't appreciate, as I felt they were made to pressure people into signing up for the mentorship.
For full transparency I didn't provide my real number when signing up to the webinar as I didn't want to receive any spam like messages/calls following it- especially having read reviews on here about the fake scarcity emails. If Molly would like to contact me, she is more than welcome to using the email address that I provided.
I also listened to a podcast with Molly on it- on which she mentioned potentially going tax free. She also talked about negative online reviews on the podcast- she said they're 'water off a ducks back' as the people making them weren't going to take action any way. I found these comments disappointing as I would expect a business owner to take reviews seriously- whether they are negative or not- and reflect on how they can do better in the future. Given that multiple people have said the same thing about the webinar, I would begin to wonder whether they have a point?
Given that she talked about going tax free on the podcast, that her rent to rent business is taking rental properties and turning them into Airbnbs when they could be used to house people that need a home (which I really do believe is morally and ethically wrong, especially given the state of the rental market) and that she's then teaching other people to do the same, I really wouldn't feel comfortable recommending her services.
Following watching the webinar, listening to the podcast, receiving (in my opinion) spam-like emails following the webinar and viewing her social media posts in which she discusses using the renters rights act for her own and her clients gain in rent to rent (which felt very underhand and immoral in my opinion), I am of the opinion that the services provided do not align with what I expect from a business and business owner from a moral and ethical standpoint.
Therefore, I'd avoid this mentorship and webinar.
