Helped us significantly boost revenues within months

We joined the AdClients Expansion Mastermind because we wanted help scaling our online education business and we appreciated the team's UK background and experience in this geography.

While the mastermind is a substantial investment, the practical tactics taught by Jon and the team helped us recoup the investment within a few months of joining. The team have been very attentive, responsive and helpful whenever we hit any hiccups with our marketing efforts. And they're lovely people.

To be clear, they don't do the work for you. If you want to succeed with online business, you will have to put in massive effort, and success will not come quickly.

But if you're looking for a knowledgeable team to coach and support you and help you troubleshoot – and keep you updated on latest marketing practices and what's working in the industry – AdClients is great.

We have also benefited greatly from the in-person mastermind sessions and meeting other entrepreneurs.

I can't speak for the experience of complete beginners, but if you already have a functioning business that uses digital marketing and want to take it to the next level, the AdClients team is great.

Gold standard!

I recently completed the 'Win the clients' 5-day challenge with AdClients. I felt so lucky to have attended this - The content was amazing, offering incredible value. I was at AdCon and knew I had to work with Jon. After an amazing 5 days, I am thrilled to have joined 'Momentum' - I couldn't manage without their incredible support. If you are thinking about joining, don't hesitate! You won't regret it. It's the Gold standard of online education.

Help System is Very Trying

The materials and authenticity are outstanding. Unfortunately, the help system has glitches. Although I keep sending requests for help, and the system keeps sending emails that my concern has been addressed, when I follow the links to get my responses, I am unable to sign into the system that has my responses. It's probably a small glitch such as a spelling error in my email address on the other end that's at fault, but it's extremely trying.

The AdClients team has no comparison anywhere.
This is not just any coaching program. It is intense but Jon's team really is my team.
I'd gone in skeptical that this was going to be another one of those "high sells" that everyone gets pitched and then crickets leaving you to do everything on your own with generic advice and no support or critique.
I'm in my 2nd week and can say this is a full service coaching suite and well worth it. If you can afford it and have the time to devote to it 100%, don't even think twice - Just do it.

From the moment we encountered the AdClients team, the roadmap was clear.

Get our metaphorical house in order first, then build business momentum through a proven marketing machine.

We've both unfortunately had experiences on coaching programmes in the past where you feel as if you're just a number. The same can most definitely not be said of AdClients.

The detailed technical support and hands on guidance we have received from the whole team has been excellent - a pleasant surprise! Someone is always available for a Zoom call or to answer a question in our Slack chat.

It's very rare to find a team of people dedicated to serving others first - but we've struck gold in finding this group!

We're just a few weeks into implementing everything we've learned and we're already beginning to see the shoots of what's to come.

Feels like I finally have some structure.

I’ve been working with the AdClients team since May 2025, and honestly, it’s one of the best business decisions I’ve made.

At first, the price point was a real hurdle for me, because I essentially emptied the bank account to work with them. But once I committed, went all in, and actually started to implement what they teach the business definitely started to scale faster than I thought possible.

The whole team is brilliant. Cat especially has been a game changer, always encouraging, always honest, and not afraid to push me to raise my prices and take bolder action. She’s been consistently on hand for support and guidance when I’ve needed it.

The coaching calls are packed with value, and what I love most is that they don’t just give theory, they actually take the time to look at your existing processes and help you apply it.

They’ve also helped create an incredible VSL slide deck which is evergreen, and can be used to win clients for years to come.

Honestly, I was super sceptical before joining Ad Clients, just because of my mental block around that level of investment. But if you’re serious about growing your business and want real support with real results, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Avoid at All Costs – My £24,000 Mistake with Ad Clients

I invested £24,000 into Ad Clients’ Expansion Program / Coaching Mastermind with the promise that it would help scale my business. It turned out to be one of the worst business decisions I’ve ever made.

On the sales call, I was promised direct and unlimited access to John Pemberty by phone whenever I needed help – something that never happened. I was very clear that I did not want a program where I just watched training videos and implemented things myself. I specifically said that’s not scaling a business – that’s just doing more work in the business. I was assured this wasn’t the case. Yet, from the very beginning, I was directed to watch pre-recorded videos, even from a lower-tier program that costs far less than what I paid for.

There was no tailored strategy. Everyone was pushed into the exact same “webinar funnel” approach, regardless of their business model. I run a recruitment agency helping students go to university – webinars made no sense for my niche. After six months of wasted time, money, and energy, they finally admitted the strategy wasn’t relevant for me and suggested a VSL funnel instead. At that point, half the program was gone with zero results.

This was sold to me as a high-level expansion program, but it was nothing more than recycled content, generic advice, and broken promises. The “coaching” was minimal, there was no personalised support, and accountability was completely lacking. The contract is written in a way that lets them promise whatever they want on sales calls, then hide behind fine print when you hold them to account.

I lost £24,000 and a year of my time. If you’re considering working with this company – don’t. It’s a cookie-cutter program dressed up as a premium mastermind. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away.

To reply on your own comment:

As a client, you've given me "homework" to do from a low tier program. Instead of telling me from the beginning that "Hey, you need to do the low tier program first" you've decided to take my money, and then tell me that before the scaling part I need to do the low tier program first, while I was paying for a different service.

On this one, you've done a deservice to me.

With regards to implementing it, even your management agreed that the webinar funnel is not suitable for my business model, and she did that 6 months into the program.

I've paid for a scaling program, or at least this is what you guys advertised, and instead I was asked to run webinars myself, to run the ads myself, and do everything myself.

Nothing described above is related to scaling a business.

I've got no return on my investment from you and I decided not to invest my time, as I would have lost that too.

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify some important points regarding this feedback.

Direct phone access to Jon has never been included in our Expansion Program. This has never been sold or positioned as part of the offer.

A tailored strategy was provided. The client had a one-to-one Zoom session directly with Jon, followed by further strategy sessions with senior coaches, including our Head of Client Success and a specialist marketing coach. Despite these sessions, the agreed strategies were not implemented.

While online resources are available to all clients to support their journey, they are designed to complement, not replace, the personalised coaching and strategy sessions provided.

Ongoing engagement and accountability were offered. Our team actively checked in throughout the program, and invitations were extended to every in-person mastermind event. The client chose not to attend three out of the four available events.

As with any high-level coaching program, results are dependent on implementation. Our role is to provide strategy, resources, and guidance, but it is the client’s responsibility to take consistent action.

Our Expansion Program has supported many entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses successfully. We remain committed to delivering high-quality coaching and resources, while recognising that outcomes are a partnership .... you get out what you put in.

Lost over $7000 and no profit at all

After a hopefull start and an initial good reception with decent coaching, my program never came to fruition, it cost me over $7000, $6000 for the program and hundreds of dollars for other software subscriptions and ads and never even got one call, let alone a sale or any profit.

They assigned me a coach who barely responded, promised things he sometimes just didn't do, never checked in with me and only did the mandatory monthly calls. After three months the coach as well as an 'Ad expert' suddenly disappeared and only after I complained they extended the coaching.

I spent hours and hours designing a webinar and shooting ads and nothing ever worked. Ads they approved got some clicks and very few conversions. The webinar they said should be a success never led to a call, let alone a sale.

They promised me during the sale I would be 'taken by the hand' through every single step and that they would 'kick me up my butt', but it never happened. You get access to prerecorded videos that are good to set up a structure, but after I launched it was six weeks of wasting money on YouTube Ads.

They welcome you in the beginning, but once you're in access or coaching gets more and more difficult to access. If you want to talk to a coach good chance you have to wait for a week, they barely respond on Slack, during group calls you have to wait for half an hour for a few minutes of attention and when success doesn't come there nobody takes proactive action. The program is non-refundable, so as soon as you're in they have your money and no chance you ever get anything back.

If you already have a business up and running I'm sure it will work for you, if you have zero experience and still working on what you actually want it's a dangerous risk that you take and in my case cost me a lot of money that I never got back.

At AdClients, we provide comprehensive training, expert coaching, and ongoing support — but we do not guarantee results. Business success depends on many factors, including the offer, market, and execution. While many of our clients achieve outstanding results, progress can vary from person to person.

We also do not withhold coaching. Every client has access to multiple weekly group clinics, a private Slack channel with direct access to all of our expert coaches, and scheduled 1:1 calls with their assigned coach and other experts. These resources are designed to ensure clients always have the guidance they need — provided they make full use of them.

While results haven’t yet come through for you, you still have lifetime access to the training, resources, and assets you created during the program. These remain valuable tools that, when applied consistently, can absolutely help you achieve success moving forward.

Your feedback around your personal experience has been noted, and we will review it internally to ensure our standards remain high.
