I have both Car insurance and Home…

I have both Car insurance and Home insurance with Acuity. The Home insurance is pretty much in line with other companies but the car insurance is way too much compared to others.
Also, the road assistance take way too long to get to the location. The two times I used it...it took several hours to get to me.

They are wonderful!

They are wonderful! Acuity is the only insurance provider I deal with who you can speak to a live person right away. They also get back to you so quickly. I don't know how they are able to do it when no one else is, but their customer service is top notch! Would highly recommend!
