Great service thru the Independent Agency and Accuity

Great service thru the Independent Insurance Agency. When had damage due to storms I was given a contract and worked the person to have all repairs completed as soon as possible

Easy to do business with

We had a claim for hail damage on our car, siding and roof. Appreciated the ease of filing a claim the adjuster was very knowledgeable . Checks were sent promptly easing the worry and stress of getting estimates and having the work done

They have great service

We have been so happy with our coverage and the agents in the main office, and our local representative. Both have always been so helpful and above expectations.
There are other companies that would offer cheaper rates, but because of the service we continue to stay with this company.

Excellent Company

I have been an Acuity Insured since 2010. Acuity is great insurance at a reasonable premium. I have placed my liability, equipment breakdown, and workers compensation with Acuity. In 2011 and 2012, I had claims relating to my server and my laptop Acuity handled the claims promptly and professionally. Acuity did not cancel me or raise my premium, and I am happy to have gone many years without any additional claims. Acuity was there for me when I needed and has my respect as a solid, reliable company.

I've had 1 accident in Many years

I've had 1 accident in Many years. I can't believe my insurance went from $1850 or so to more than $3500. I will continue looking for another company that has accident forgiveness. Too damn much money!
