As a fairly new customer to Acuity…

As a fairly new customer to Acuity Insurance (just a little over a year) and not experiencing any claims, I so appreciate the rate structure for premiums. I speak to so many friends, and as I was once victim to, the very high rates most companies have levied on their accounts. Thank you, Acuity, for managing to keep your rates affordable!

I had lost a diamond bracelet a year…

I had lost a diamond bracelet a year ago. I had informed my agent, but did not want to make a claim at the time. I waited one year, hoping the bracelet would turn up somewhere, but it never did.

I made a claim on the day I lost it a year later and the agent was so kind, so helpful and very knowledgeable.
I had my check within a week to have the bracelet remade. I was extremely happy with how Acuity handled my claim.

Acuity does what needs to be done

Acuity does what needs to be done. Not as personal and responsive as it was years ago but things do change. I miss the personal contact with an agent along with getting my COI's done the way I need them. That being said I still get what I need but I don't feel the connection or loyalty the way i used to.
