I have not filed a claim since I signed…

I have not filed a claim since I signed up for this insurance but I find that my rate for a 15-year old car with zero tickets, accidents or DUI, is outrageously expensive. I would like to see some kind of discount for being a good driver. It's hard to afford these rates and I feel it's a ripoff.

My wife had 2 fairly minor traffic…

My wife had 2 fairly minor traffic collisions. Acuity paid the claims promptly and without a lot of unnecessary paperwork. The claims adjuster was prompt.

Appears to be decent insurance

Appears to be decent insurance. I know costs increase, but a 47% increase over the years for auto insurance is not workable for those of us on fixed incomes and good driving records. Not when SS COLA net increases are less than 4% per year. I thought loyalty to a company meant something, but apparently the old thought of shopping for insurance every couple years is true.

Fantastic company and customer service

Acuity has been nothing less than fantastic! They answer the phone timely, everyone is pleasant and communicative, they are patient with all my questions and they are fair with their claim reimbursements! Best insurance company experience we've ever had! Our roofer said their adjuster was fair and they were easy to work with too! He said some insurance companies (not Acuity) they won't even work with because they are such a headache.

Vehicle insurance to high! You screwed up my insurance on my house, had to jump through hoops to get it squared away again. Changed the date on my payment for vehicle insurance with no notice to me.

Claims department has been non…

Claims department has been non responsive and when they’re finally contacted, don’t follow up without constant prodding. Compared to other claims processes I’ve experienced, these people suck.

Great Insurance Company

Switching to Acuity Saved me a significant amount of money for my business. Acuity didnt fight with me or try to deny my claim when I had an accident caused by another driver.
