Don't waste your time doing business with Acme Tools. Their stated lead times are BS. They "bundle" items and then can't deliver. I am still waiting on a Dewalt Miter Saw Stand that I can buy anywhere else. I should not have fallen for the "bundled" price. Their Customer Service team is useless as well.

I was emailed immediately after my purchase, making an account was part of the check out, so I was able to check on my order. They sent me purchase emails and account creation emails right away. They said they would send me a shipping email when it shipped, the next business day after I ordered, I got a shipping email and tracking information email from Acme and FedEx. I got my item one day early, and it only took about three days. Though, I’m sure that can’t be every order.

I bought after reading the ratings here which had me a little worried, because I had never heard of Acme besides the cartoons. But I had to try to get the item at the sale price they listed. The price was actually the same as Lowe’s, (they were out of stock at Lowe’s), so that gave me some hope. And it turned really good.

I bought a jobsite table saw and it made it to my door with the box intact. I put it together and its working great.

Ruined Christmas. Wish you could give negative stars. Placed an order on Nov. 22 for an itam that was the only thing my son asked for this year and yhe only thing we got him. According to their website the item was in stock. Received an email Dec 3rd stating that now the item was on backorder and would ship mid to late Dec. On Dec 11 received another email saying my order would be shipped with in 7 days. Today, Dec 19th received another email saying now there is an unknown delay . They have no idea when it will ship, but they're investigating it, you know, typical BS corporate generic emails. Now scrambling to find something, anything to take its place at the last minute. Thanks a lot Acme. Should of known they were a joke from the name of the company.

Was sent tracking that never worked. Filed complaint with PP and received another tracking from Acme that also did not work. Item was never shipped. Waiting on refund from PP.

Don't believe their estimated delivery. Placed an order for Milwaukee Forge batteries, 12.0 with a free 8.0. Estimated delivery for the 12.0 way Dec 12, estimated delivery of the 8.0 was Nov 20. Today is Nov 23 and neither have been delivered. The website shows inventory of the 8.0 but Acme Tool support claims back order status for both because of shipping issues from Milwaukee. Not very happy.

I placed an order based on the deal. I have waited 11 days to receive only partial order. Called and found out will be a month. But that's just a guess. I ordered from home Depot and Lowe's just this week and have received all orders. The only tool I need most is the one I'm waiting on from ACME tools. I called customer service to find out my only option is waiting or taking more time out of my day to package the partial order and send back for a refund. I wonder how long that will take. I would imagine no matter what deal is presented again I will not buy from here. Is it really a deal if you have to wait over a month to receive your tool? 0

i read to remember the road runner cartons, well i do remember those and my experiece with ACME TOOLS is the exact same, the tool showed up when they said it would, as it always did for Wylie Coyote. Unlike WC the tool provided exactly what i was after. As i remeber WC didn't know how to use the tool. The tool was always there

We ordered a Kawasaki engine on Sept 9th with the expected delivery date of Sept 12th-Sept 14th. The Engine was delayed at a local Fed Ex Facility for 15 days. Multiple calls were made and a investigation was done with the end result of the package being lost. A Replacement engine was sent out Sept 30th with a delivery date of October 4th. The Engine once again is lost at the same Fed Ex Facility. We called Acme on October 9th, after being placed on hold for a bit Acme states they have issued a refund since the issue has happened twice at that Fed Ex Facility. While I understand Fed ex's ineptitude is not Acmes fault, a better resolution should have been provided. Such as using a different shipping company for this order if Fed Ex is unable to keep track of packages. Basically we spent 32 days waiting on a badly needed engine only to be forcefully refunded. The Customer Support team are respectful and I appreciate their attempted help but this has been truely the worst customer experience I have had in 15 years of owning a business.

I never purchased a Lawn mower on line before but I could not find a Honda (HRN216VYAA) with blade-stop locally. Acme Tools in North Dakota had one on line. Called to check on availability and shipping cost. Mower was available and shipping was $28 for a heavy load. Ordered on Sept. 26 at 2 pm and received the mower in South Carolina on Monday Sept. 30 at 1pm. Added oil and gas after checking out the mower and was cutting the lawn at 2 pm. Great job by Acme Tools on the delivery of the best residential lawn mower on the market. I can't understand why Honda would stop making gas lawn mowers. This is my 4th Honda over the last 40 years and and have never had a major problem. I just did the routine maintenance and they lasted for 10-15 years each.

Sent a text saying they would not work it sent me a long message on the stipulations for codes.. apparently I wasn’t standing on one leg jumping up&down when I placed my order.

I have to agree with the negative posts. I’ve ordered many times from this company in the past, without any problems. Now you can’t even get them to answer the phone.

I order a tool from Acme Tool. The tool never showed up. i have tried multiple times to call Customer Service No one answers. you are put on hold for hours. I spent $1,400.00 on my purchase. Looks like i’m out the money. Do not use Acme Tools.

Acme Tools is going downhill fast! It used to be such a great company with incredible customer service. For a while now they send promo codes that don’t work, recently they had a VIP 15% off sale that was bogus, clearly a sad attempt to draw customers to their site. When I tried to use it, on the website under each tool it said 15%, when you add an item to your cart the discount became 12% and at checkout 9%. This has happened before and was the case with 4 friends. Like always when their fake promos don’t work I try to call but nobody answers in customer service. These are hour plus calls. I even tried sales and no luck. I emailed and didn’t get a response till the next week when the sale was over. I explained my situation with screen shot proof but the person said “It’s a moot point, the sale is over” and closed the case. Home Depot has the same prices which means you save on shipping. Clearly Acme has lost tons of customers and has to employ bogus sales events to attract people… if this stuff continues I’m gone.

My saw arrived several days late and the box was crushed all over. I refused the Federal Express delivery.
I had already cancelled it several times the previous week due to it being so late, I had spoken with customer service numerous times by phone, email and texts to cancel but they still insisted I pay return shipping, It was my first time and last time using Acme Tools. Terrible customer service!!! Do not use this fly by night company!

I never used Acme Tools website before. I was really impressed. Easy to make an account, easy to check on the process of the order. Easy to check on tracking information, and I got my ordered item in good quick time. I'll be using them again.

Vorrei denunciare questa società perché oltre ad avermi sottratto 50 euro, tra costo del prodotto e spese di spedizione, mi ha più volte tramite mai detto che la spedizione del mio acquisto tramite internet era in viaggio. Sono ormai passati 6 mesi dal mio acquisto e nonostante le mie richieste dei codici di spedizione, loro mi hanno sempre detto che avrebbero spedito, l'oggetto da me acquistato, e che lo avrei ricevuto in massimo 30 giorni. La mia esperienza è stata molto deludente e spero che qualche poliziotto Americano legga la mia dichiarazione. Devono sparire i truffatori.
I would like to report this company because in addition to having defrauded me of 50 euros, between the cost of the product and shipping costs, it has never told me several times that the shipment of my purchase via the internet was on its way. 6 months have now passed since my purchase and despite my requests for shipping codes, they always told me that they would ship the item I purchased and that I would receive it in a maximum of 30 days. My experience was very disappointing and I hope some American policemen read my statement. The scammers must disappear.
