Something very suspicious happened to me. I got a $1000+ charge on my credit card. It was immediately reversed. I got an alert for the charge. I didn’t recognize the site. I called my CC company. They claim that my actual credit card was used (not just the number). I cancelled the card and had it reissued with a new number. No harm done. But other reviews are suspiciously like the fashional.shop review that I got scammed on. Good price on name brand clothing, received a pair of children’s socks. After disputing that charge, I get an unexpected charge from acmetools, a site I’d never visited. Suspicious in the extreme.

This company shows good reviews, but they must all be fake. After delving into this further, I noticed other review sites have them at between one and two stars for shipping delays or nonexistent shipping. I ordered a snowblower from them several weeks ago that was supposed to be delivered within a few days according to them, but to this day, I have not received it and can’t get anybody to help me. I would avoid this company.

There overly loud ads is the reason why I will be boycotting ACME Tools.

There was a Sale Going on, I was trying to purchased and add the Coupon code as it did not work but the website was Displaying and advertising it. At this current day was unable to get anyone to help me over the phone, Emailed several days Acme tools Answer is Sale is over and we cant help you.

Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time and money.

Sent me a heavily used and damaged hammer that I had paid for and ignored my emails when I reached out to them about their poor service.

So i placed an order for a Milwaukee Fuel 18M drill hammer and two batteries, only received one battery. Called and got nothing but the old run around game and no battery..

This store is suck!! Don't waste your money and your time

Purchased a Dewalt cordless saw with two batteries end of April. The saw came in a week but not the batteries. Over a month has passed still no batteries. However, the batteries are available for sale on their website! I called and agent's answer was that the batteries currently onsale are not part of promotion kit. I have purchased a miter saw and a table saw from them, but this is just not what I expected. Very disappointed.

Before I placed any order, I called acme tools to verify they could ship to my address. I explained how I had previously purchased something online and I had to meet them at a gas station because they couldn't make it to my house. The lady said yes they could definitely deliver to my house. I paid the extra $70 for the liftgate service when I made my order Wednesday.

I'm a single woman working full time taking care of my dementia ridden mother with two acres to mow on a hill. It's now warming up and been raining non-stop here and my yard is a jungle. I was putting off push mowing because it took me 8 days last time and I was waiting for this mower to arrive that I spent over $5,000 on.

On friday, the delivery company called me in the morning and told me they couldn't deliver to me. They asked could I come get it. I said no I paid the extra money because I have no way to get it to my house or off of any large truck which is why I needed the liftgate service. The lady working for the delivery company said they don't even have a truck that does that.

Now it's been two days and I'm still just waiting to see if they can get it to me or if I have to wait days or weeks to get my money back so I can finally get another mower. I'm literally going to spend every waking minute either working at my job or mowing my lawn because they messed up my order after I paid the extra money.

They should really do some research on their own company and figure out what they can and cannot do and stop promising customers things they cannot fulfill, especially when they're going to charge us extra money. This is such an absurd situation and they have literally ruined the following weeks in my life as I will be struggling to maintain my yard and try to purchase another mower while waiting to get my money back and figure out what to do.

I would rate them at zero, but I had to pick one star. My daughter order me a Stanley tool tote/organizer that is on wheels. The first issue was it was to be a Christmas gift but did not arrive until early/mid January. I did not open the box, as there was no visible damage. However, with the weather warming, I opened it to begin spring cleaning efforts only to find the one side was shattered. Acne’s response was its past 30 days, call Stanley. Stanley was not responsible for the packaging of the unit, Acme was. Will never buy from them, too many other companies out there who are much more customer focused.

Had a great experience with Acme Tools. Ordered a package of Dewalt tools. They provided me with the tracking information. Tools arrived in four days just as their email and the tracking number said. Ordered on March 2nd, received on March 6th. Would definitely do business with them again. Smooth experience.

Took my money and said they shipped the item. Nothing was shipped. Nothing was delivered. Nothing has been done to guarantee my satisfaction from a family owned company since 1948. They are fake. They are thieves. They do not care

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Customer service is MIA. I ordered 3 items.
One was not in stock, I was not made aware of this until they had prepared 2 items for shipping.

Tried to cancel the 3rd item, removed it from my order and emailed customer service not to send it due to I went elsewhere because I needed it to finish a project.

They sent it anyway weeks later.
No problem, I will not be returning.

Item listed as new. Came in with sawdust, dented and scratches all over it. Would not recommend buying from Acme tools.

Man, I can honestly say that I am so so surprised to look up trust pilot so I could leave a review for Acme tools and find all these horrible reviews. All I can say is that my experience was flawless. I ordered some extremely hard hard to get DeWalt nails that aren’t available hardly anywhere. It was a huge order Wayne probably 300 pounds. They gave me free delivery and it was here within three or four days the entire order they kept me apprised of the entire situation and I could not be happier with them. I will absolutely be using them for all of my construction needs going forward can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this company.

I purchased a Caterpillar 1/1/2025 blower from Acme Tools, and it was supposed to be delivered from the 12th to the 14th of the same month, then it arrived on the 14th, I didn't receive anything and I couldn't see anything about the delivery either. I called the company and they told me it was scheduled for another date, February 5th. How can this happen and no one let me know? If I hadn't contacted them, they wouldn't have said anything either. Very disrespectful. A company I hope never to buy from again. I think they should review their concepts with their customers.

Preordered Milwaukee tool. Got an email that said will be shipping within 7 days. Called on day eight or nine business day and they said the manufacturer hadn’t go any yet and it would be another 2 months I canceled my order as Home Depot said they had over 50 units in stock and I’d have one in 5 days. Don’t waste you time.
